Services
We have combined smartphone technology, 4G data accessibility, and cloud computing into an innovative mobile application which has revolutionized the way American records, shares, organizes and stores client's security information. All forms, data and reports are neat, spell checked, and securely stored on the cloud so American and our clients may access them at any time, from anywhere.
If you are unable to find your specific need for fingerprints on the above list, or if you need special accommodations please call our office for assistance. The PERC application consists of two parts: fingerprinting and submitting the application. You may complete this whole process through our office.
We offer the mandatory 20-hour Security Training Course and 8-hour Security Training Refresher Course at our Forest Park, IL location. The class is taught every other Wednesday from 3:45pm to 8:30pm. The 20-hour class costs $100 and you must attend two sessions. The 8-hour refresher costs $50 and you only need to attend one session.

I would never work for them again it was a horrible experience. the communication was very off the staff was unprofessional and it was just horrible I got promised a shift & they gave it away then they took me off the schedule for a no call no show but whole time I called off, this job really was a waist & I wouldn't recommend it to no one. and they do have they picks, ,,

7/2/20 All three of my checks were wrong. Spoke up about it and got fired. Being sent to Morris Illinois for $13.00hr. Boilingbrook Illinois for $13.00hr. Promised to be paid "premiums" and paid for miles but the checks do not add up. The paystubs are in clear detail that you are not being paid correctly. One of the Security companies to avoid. UPDATE 7/13/20 Mike Storey tried to explain that "auto expense" is why I didn't receive the premium pay rate.
The place I was assigned to was less than 30 miles away from my home, so an "auto expense" is not the correct explanation. I was not receiving the promised pay rates not at any day I worked for this company. I just uploaded pictures, so there is my proof. I was not treated properly and I wish I knew how to report this. Hey Jim the 1 Star is because 0 wasn't an option.

I've worked here for a few months and the whole experience has been overall very pleasant. The management is efficient and welcoming and have been with me to walk me through the job as I was first starting off. The people are supportive and welcoming as well and it's just a great environment to work in.

I've worked here for about 5 years, started as a guard, lead, and then supervisor; left for a few years to pursue a different field and was welcomed back when I needed a break. From my first day to my last, Trish and Dave have always been there to help me. Even the newest guy in the office Kamil; was once a guard and supervisor and is a nice addition to the management team. Although some roles may have changed over the years, these three are still the best.

My experience with this company was one I am very happy to share with fellow consumers. After reading the reviews I was wary going in, as I would be with any company. However, the management was always extremely courteous, and quite professional. I know that security guards in and if themselves are like babysitters, you're lucky to find good ones. But the management here made me feel so comfortable and their willingness to work with me to fit my needs was unparalleled. Thank you!
