Our business submitted an order for ID badges, as our previous vendor was acquired by another company that had a 2-month back order for badges due to the current computer chip shortage (which we didn't find out about until a month after submitting an order). The ID badges we ordered from IdentiSys Inc. arrived within a couple weeks and cost almost 60% less than what we would have paid with the other vendor.
The sales representative that helped with the order, Brian, was very helpful and was very communicative throughout the whole process. We will be using this company going forward for our ID badge needs.

We use IdentiSys Inc as a supplier for our college ID cards, card printer and support. They are fantastic. Our Sales Rep, Tim English, is amazing. We have been notified early of possible delays and yet have still never had to wait for supplies. He is super responsive and always goes above and beyond to help us get what we need. I know we've worked with this company for at least the last decade and they have never let us down. Highly recommended!

A few years ago a man walks in my office and introduced himself. He tells me he can out bid any of my supply companies. I laughed, because just two years prior I took all bids and waded through them and took the best supply company at the best price. Now the company I was dealing with was great. Their prices was the cheapest on the east coast and I always had my products ordered within days. So, for what the man was offering, I was pretty sure he couldn't come near the prices I was paying.
I ask him to give me a little time to pull the products that I purchased and would send him a list of items. He was very patient. Long story short, He beat every price by a landslide. Now remember I was very happy with the company I was using. So I decided in a large corporation I would make the switch to save money, and all departments that order similar products but in way smaller batches, I would leave with the existing company.
With IdentiSys, I have made many large dollar purchases. There is not a day this man has not came through for me. He checks in just to see how I am doing. He lets me know around the holidays that he is thinking about me and my family. And at no point has this company not went above and beyond for me. From samples of products, to service. I have and would recommend anyone just to try, question, and they will make a believer out of you.
Take my word or try for yourself. If you are in a security setting, purchasing access cards, printers, ink, need service. Call them, they will out beat the pricing of everyone you are dealing with. Their service team is amazing; They are here the same day I call. They go to every extreme to keep me satisfied and that alone is not an easy task.
