This company is a total scam. Used it for security on our buisness and all they did was come install everything but they haven't provided any of the services they mentioned. When our system alarms due to power outtage, disconnected Phone line or any thing that may trigger the red control center box nobody calls to notify us or checks and see what's going on.
We are not being monitored appropriately or getting the services they said the would provide. Yet they are constantly demanding more money due to our contractual obligation but they are NOT doing anything to assist with our concerns. Please save your money and reconsider working with this company if you plan on it. Also the customer support lady is rude. Definitely will be contacting the better business bureau about this one

We needed a partner to do access control and security for our clients and met Mike at Intruder alert many years ago. He and his team have performed at an above average level on every project we have worked with them on. Excellent service and expertise and I would recommend them for any security or access control needs.

I used this company for security service because the home builder uses them to install all the low voltage in there homes. Big mistake do not use this company the service is terrible if their is a problem with anything they want to charge you $ 95.00 service call to come fix what they installed. There are better security companies out there with better prices and that will stand behind what they put in. This company was suggested by Sitterle Homes, so if you are building with them do not use this company.

Its great to work with local businesses. There is nothing like having a local San Antonio company I can trust for my home and business security needs.
