My company had been using their services for well over thirty years without any problems. When our AT&T phone lines were replaced, Alarm Center Group, via iAccess, had to replace a piece of equipment to be able to communicate to our alarm. What they didn't tell us is that we would be leasing this equipment (even though we own our alarm system) and there would be an additional 2 year contract that would automatically renew.
After 47 years, we had to close our business. iAccess picked up their equipment within a few minutes and then I received an invoice for $250 as a cancellation fee. What a surprise and a disappointment after all of those loyal years of business with them and never missing a payment or even being late. It's too bad that they cannot realize the lost revenues that they can incur from the many businesses that I have become friends with over the 47 years of doing business in San Diego.
They must really need my last $250, because they they obviously don't care about their customers. Check on their reviews and not to mention their "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau.
