Grah installed a new gate closer at our townhouse complex. It works great. The service we have received since the installation has been very good. The whole HOA agrees that the customer service is excellent. And getting an HOA to agree on anything is tough! :

Had a gate key with no markings/numbers that Ace (and everywhere else) said they couldn't copy- took it over to Grah, they said "it might be possible, let's try it", had it copied in 5 minutes. I took it home and it works! I can open my gate with it! These guys are professionals! Thank you. I will definitely return to Grah for any future key needs.

I work at a hotel and we were having issues with a 1970's safe. Called Grah yesterday afternoon and they were here by 8am the next morning. This seemingly drab hole in the wall had covered much of what you would need in locks and security. Their etiquette was on point and not too prying yet filled in a lot of what I needed for my bike lock. When we needed keys made, they were quick yet precise, their machines were top notch, and the operators were done in under four minutes. They even made it clear we would have money back guarantee for a month! The people here are experts in home and business security as long as it applies to locks of course.

I'm head of security at a High School here in San Diego. We have had 3 rather large and somewhat complicated projects in the last couple years (one was particularly tricky and just wrapped). I come here because I make copies of a very particular lock that has a very particular key that isn't carried by Lowes or home depot or Ace hardware. I'm always greeted with a very friendly smile and everyone is more than willing to help me out, even as far as trying out different keys to see which will fit and with the best.

These guys and gals are pros. The last 3 times I've gone into the shop, I have gotten 5star incredible service. The locksmiths are all patient and willing to answer any and all your questions. This is my go-to for anything lock or key related.

Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and cheerful staff! I had a gate lock that *had* to be installed, and another locksmith fell through. They couldn't come out and install it that day, they could prep the lock for installation in their shop, no charge. Which they did. I'd never installed a simplex (push-button) gate lock before, but with their help and preparation, my self-installation was a snap!

My thanks to Sean who found a hard-to-find latch change, and especially Aaron and Zach (between those two, help from A to Z ) who set the lock up for me. Also, special thanks to the boss lady for her accommodating and cheerful authorization. I would always consider using this shop!

The most professional company I've worked with in a long time. My fire safe wouldn't open and they dispatched Nathan within the day who clearly had a wealth of knowledge and quickly assessed the problem. The part came within a few days and they were immediately there to install it. He had to drill the safe to undo the mechanism which I thought would ruin the safe but no! Not even a scratch and it is back to perfect order. A real locksmith is a true craftsman and I was so impressed with him as well the the communicative office staff.

I have seen this place for years. I finally came in and what an amazing experience I had. One of the technician got my car key fob to work. and did so without a cost. I just had to provide a battery. He was so informative, he went on YouTube to verify information and then took care of making my fob work. I am a new fan of GRAH. Thanks, Grah, and thanks to the young man who quickly and efficiently picked the lock on my glove compartment so I could get at my cars owner's manual, registration and other important stuff. I'd somehow jammed the lock when I had closed the compartment with my fist in impatience. So I just drove to Grah- no appointment- and they took care of me right away. Friendly people, too!

I just got back from having two spare car keys made, & I have to say that the entire team of employees was absolutely amazing. Maybe it's the pandemic. Maybe they were just excited to have someone in the store, but they but they went above & beyond when it came to customer service. The employees working on 08/12/20 all deserve a raise! (Sure, . that's unlikely doable in the current economic climate, but take notes! I give them five out of five stars.) I had no idea having keys made would be so much fun! The locksmith Nathan and his trainee were great. Struggled a little to get my small project through the "check it out" and write a proposal phase but once here the locksmith were thorough professional friendly and informative.

We needed to have a very old safe opened. It was not something a regular locksmith could do. They sent out Nathan. He was super cool! He made sure I was the property owner, then invited me to watch what he was doing. He explained the different steps and techniques and answered tons of questions. I thought they were going to be super expensive, but the pricing was reasonable and I had a quality experience. I kinda wish I had more mystery safes to open.

I've been using Grah through my company for over 14 years. The staff is very personable, experienced and quick. I am usually able to go on my lunch and get in and out. The quality of their work and product is so good I don't bother going anywhere else. Easy parking and freeway close.

With the recent changes on our planet and things in general, I felt the need to add more layers of security in my home. I shopped other stores, even out of county. I didn't feel comfortable with the other people in the other businesses I entered- so I couldn't trust them in my home. I need a safe from somebody I can trus When I walked in to GS&L.

I was greeted immediately, and helped by Sean? I want to say his name was Sean or Shane. he showed me the options and I got exactly what I wanted. The big guy with the glasses was cool too! Very kind people. Also, knowing that they have been in business so long- that gave me confidence. and I wanted to spend local. I have yet to receive my safe and have it installed, but feel so comfortable with the experience I'm throwing down the five stars now and will update. UPDATE. Sean and Jesse came to my tiny home. and made my family safer.

The install and delivery were no trouble at all- and very professionally done. They have the right equipment to do the job properly and safely (no pun intended). These guys know their stuff. Management does not skimp on hiring. They hire real people that see you through- not a third party company that rolls it in and leaves it. A company like this is rare- they make your purchase an experience, and instill confidence in your decision.

No buyers remorse here! I also have to mention Zach- even after I purchased the product, he reviewed the item with me and showed me options I did t even know. These guys were awesome. Had a staff member quit and not return her keys. Last thing I wanted going into Thanksgiving weekend was an unprotected office. They came two hours earlier than quoted. The work was done quickly, neatly and no where near as expensive as I expected. Andy was so pleasant and explained everything to me that he was doing. They also came very highly recommended from another locksmith who doesn't work on doors. Will definitely use them for any future locksmithing needs.

Graph safe and lock does not deliver what they promise. I ordered a security system from them that they quoted and put in writing. They charged my Credit Card a large deposit and gave me a written contract. After more than 2 weeks and 5 or more visits from multiple technicians who failed to do anything, the owner of this awful Company had a company. meeting and decided he wanted more money from me to install the system that he quoted and contractually agreed to.

When I refused, they refused to install the system that they quoted in writing and gave me a contract for. I would never trust this Company as its owner has no moral or ethical standards, there word and contract is meaningless. I will stay far away from this Company and never do business with them.

I have never opportunity to work with such non-professional oriented company ever. There technicians have lack of knowledge, but there hourly amount and prices for replacement parts are exceeding 200% from other professional companies. Not to tell you that I ordered 5 locks waited 7 weeks and get back non working locks because they did not re-keyed.

When I called in they and ask for locks they hang on me. Run away and save your time and money. Privies owner was good business man but the new con, just using their name and provides really, really bad services. I'm happy camper with company just across from them. Thank you for help me open my eyes.

Nobody but me making keys when i came into the shop today. Place smelled like bad B.O. and keys. Guy behind the counter was quick and had me out the door before I choked. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of their services. Just a side note. I have been using these guys for several years. I have had no issues. Their staff have always been consistently courteous and friendly.

We have used Grah for our locksmith needs. they are true professionals and always take food care of us.

We used Grah Safe & Lock to install a keyless entry door lock to a secure area in our warehouse. They welded the lock housing to the chain-link cage door and aligned the entire door handle up so it opens and closes perfectly. They also rekeyed our entire office with new keys that came with the "do not duplicate stamp" on them for extra security. The installer was incredible polite and walked us through the entire system once completed. I would highly recommend them for any similar needs.
