We also offer for your family's protection a full line of Environmental Detectors such as: Smoke/Heat/Carbon Monoxide/LP Gas detectors. These sensors do not require batteries and are always being monitored 24 hours by our Monitoring Center.

For more than 20 years we have received the excellent services of Security Technologies. The equipment has always worked well and whenever we had any minor issue, a quick call to the owner (Felix) or to the technician (Fabian) gets us a fast solution. They are always courteous, cordial and very committed to the provision of highest quality service.
The monitoring service with which they are affiliated is very responsive and efficient. Their fees are also very reasonable and stable. We feel comfortable knowing hat our home is always protected and have no hesitation in recommending Security Technologies to any family wishing peace of mind.

I have been a client for ten years and can't say enough wonderful things about them. Their customer service is exceptional. I have cameras and my alarm system through them. If I have a question or problem, the owner Felix calls me back personally within minutes and problem is solved within 24 hours at the most. The technicians leave you their cel number and are also very accessible.
It's a very personalized service company. The call center also provides excellent professional service. I used to have ADT and that was a complete nightmare! Love this company and hope they are around forever. P.S. clearly the person rating the one star has to have the wrong company!

I purchased a camera system for my home a little over a year ago. The system has nice HD cameras, with a continuous DVR system recording everything 24/7. THIS PART I LOVE. Here's what I DON'T LOVE. 1. Whenever you need service.it costs $90 just to come out! This means if you get new/change your internet service, a new internet router, they must come out and re-configure your system. (So, basically, I paid over $3,500 for a system and now they want to charge me more for a service call?!) 2.
There is no other company to call but them, because they put their passwords in to the system that forces you to call them for service. 3. It has taken me a week trying to get an appointment. I still don't have one. 4. The technicians say they can sometimes "remotely" make changes, but the office wants that $90 for a service call. They have yet to make any "remote" changes to me or my neighbor who also bought the same system, and is just as aggravated with the company as I am.
