By far the Best locksmith co. I have Ever dealt with - in living in several states from east coast to mid-west! They treated my (in the scope of reality) relatively 'small' problem seriously - & - called to come over - 4 Days B4 the date they'd thought they could make a residential call! Interestingly, Assured was too classy to make me a customer. Our automatic swing arm door uses a power unit they don't carry. Their technician spent considerable time, downloaded the OEM manual, came back a 2nd time, and after making it better, but not to his satisfaction, he provided a competing contact and didn't charge us for his time. The best "didn't do business" business relationship I've experienced in 20+ years of managing operations. Look forward to hiring Assured Security in the future!
