Security Voice, Inc. is a privately owned company, founded in 1993 by Pat Sullivan and Anne Matunas. In 2001 Bob McCurdy purchased the company. Security Voice's background was in crisis communications, specializing in product recalls. The president of a Fortune 100 company asked us to develop a similar program that would focus on employee ethics and at the same time identify wrongdoing and other events happening within the organization.
Our business hotlines are a safe and effective way to protect company assets. Reports show that our hotlines prove extremely beneficial both as a reporting system and as a deterrent to prevent harmful activities. Rapid, frequent, and reliable communication is important to the success of any business.
Security Voice is a Leading Provider for Ethics, Compliance, and Anonymous Reporting Systems. Anonymous hotlines allow employees the choice to report their concerns anonymously to a third-party HR representative who researches and/or investigates the situation and notifies the business of the issue(s), allowing the company to promptly address the situation before it escalates into a bigger issue and/or potential lawsuit. As part of an overall security and ethics plan, an anonymous hotline plays a significant role in assuring ethical business conduct.
It pays to be prepared, not only for peace of mind but to protect you and your company from liability. A vital part of any effective crisis management plan involves the management of information communication. How will you reach everyone, every time you need to update information? How fast can you reach them?
