I have been using SCW for approximately 8 years now, they stand behind their product and are constantly updating their product line. If they fall short somewhere and you let them know they take the time to find out what the problem is/was and correct it via staff training. Their cameras function flawlessly, I currently have 11 and have ordered 4 more to both upgrade and add cameras, the only issues experienced where due to myself, and after a phone call to their support team it was quickly corrected.

The iPhone app both for the cameras and alarm system work extremely well and are easy to navigate through. The wireless alarm system they offer was easy to set up and is honestly the first wireless alarm system that has worked without loss of reception in my 2400 square foot, 1955 built home. I have motion sensors, door, window and glass break alarms, I recently upgraded to their monitored system as there has been a recent explosion of home burglaries in my area. I can't recommend them enough they are a company who stand behind their product with lifetime support.

SCW's Pre and Post sales are the standard by which I rate all other on-line companies. Their sales personnel are extremely prompt to respond to all requests for information and quotes. They seem equally happy to sell a single accessory as they are to sell a complete surveillance system. Likewise, the tech support team provides superior customer service.

On one occasion, an SCW tech actually assisted me with troubleshooting another vendor's surveillance system. He could have easily washed his hands of my issue and took advantage of the situation to sell me SCW equipment. Instead, he saved me money, by helping me fix the problem that I likely wouldn't have found on my own. But you can bet, I've since purchased all of my surveillance equipment from SCW. Additionally, I frequently tell that story to colleagues and friends, when they ask me for my recommendations.

Excellent, high quality products that are easy to install and are reasonably priced. As well as very professional and helpful staff. If you want commercial grade security and don't want to pay someone else thousands to install it, these are the people to get it from.

I've bought several systems from SCW. Each time has been simple and the equipment has worked perfectly out of the box.
