Went to Bonafide Security Solutions to look for a gun safe. They showed me the differences between several models and I found one that met me needs and budget. Thier team of professional installers delivered my new gun safe in my basement. The crew of 4 took great care getting the safe down my stairs and set up where I wanted. All-in-all a very enjoyable experience!

Professional service - needed some replacement high commercial property security keys made. Had to jump through hoops to get landlord to send letter on company letterhead approving the duplicates. They explained that over the phone before I headed over. But good to know Bonafide takes key security seriously. Replacement keys worked fine. Nancy at the counter was friendly and Doug got the keys cut on the spot while I waited in about 10 minutes.
Well kept and organized showroom too. Will probably start using them for duplicating my home and other keys if I need any. Big box hardware key duplicates seem to be hit and miss.

Bonafide Security Solutions came highly regarded by a friend when I needed a security system installed for my home. For the technically challenged people like myself, the cameras work great on all my media devices. They was my initial point of contact in the company and he really went out of his way to make sure I was dialed in. Bonafide handles our facilities locks, cameras and alarm system. We have always had good service. Sometimes the work is not time sensitive and we let them know that if they are busy to take their time but if it's an emergency they are here promptly usually within an hour or two. my review was prompted by recently we had a mechanical door lock system that was worn out and out of production.
The tech was able to find parts from another lock and breathe life back into our worn out lock. I feel their prices have always been fair and I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone.
