Central 1 Security

The entire team was great! Central1 scheduled my installation quickly during a busy season. And Max was fantastic! He was friendly, knowledgeable and just a genuinely nice guy.

Was referred to Central 1 from a friend that had a new home build for install on my residential property. Fairly extensive with glass break monitors, cameras, multiple contact points and included automation including door locks, doorbell, garage doors and lights. Owen and Max did a nice job on the install, asking questions along the way if they ran into any issues or were unsure of anything. Did their best to neatly integrate with an existing whole home wiring system.

They were clean and not obtrusive during the job. Training afterwards was good. Depending on your level of technical expertise you're going to find the panel, locks, alarm.com app, setting up the automation and notifications fairly user friendly / or not. If you are on the 'or not' side of things, don't be afraid to ask a lot of questions - it's gong to save you headaches later and you want to fully optimize all the technology available to you.

I'm fairly IT adept and still wrote down a full sheet of questions within 2 days of their install but found most of the answers myself by just using the technology, looking at manuals or trying a Google search for answers. Followed up with them 4 days later by phone to ask the remainder of the questions. One question needed to be answered by Max and he emailed me back quickly.

All in cost was competitive with Google's Nest Secure and SimpliSafe (I researched both before going with Central1) for comparable systems and you don't have to concern yourself with a DIY install. I appreciate letting the pros do their job and getting a pro result. I'd recommend for your home security install.

We have been using Central 1 for more than 5 years and recently added the service at my elderly parents home. Super responsive and the Alarm.com product we use is second to no one. Recently burned some food in the kitchen, the alarm went off and we received a call within 15 seconds. The guys that do the installation are friendly and call before arriving. If you are looking for a reliable system with customer service to back it up, Central 1 Security should be your choice.

We have had Central 1 Security services for our home for a number of years. Central 1 is a top notch company. The systems they install are totally reliable. They are the latest, newest technology. We have never had a problem with our system or service. The central office that monitors our system is ALWAYS alert and quickly responds to any change that occurs within our home's security.

The technician who put in our second home's security system yesterday, Max, did a thorough, excellent job! He is a good representative of Central 1's commitment to quality. After installing our system, he even went through the entire cellular set up on-line with us. We highly recommend Central 1 to install your security system no matter how simple or complex it may be.

Max and Owen were fantastic! They were extremely knowledgeable, detailed, and professional. They worked with our older system to update it where possible and installed a new state-of-art components where needed. Max took extreme and patient care to make sure we were educated on the new system and particularly the app.such that we could be self-sufficient upon his departure. A thorough and excellent job done!
