Tiger System installed my TV on a custom wall hinge about 7 years ago. Very professional personalized set up that will last many more years. Great quality work. We are moving after many years in Columbus and I highly recommend Tiger and will miss them as I move out of state!

I would highly recommend Tiger Systems, both for their expertise and their integrity. We have had their technicians come to our house many times over the past several years to help with our alarm system, security cameras and various audio visual needs. They have always been prompt, professional, very knowledgeable and willing to help in any way they can - even suggesting ways we could achieve the best outcomes most economically, rather than simply suggesting solutions that would make them the most money.

I have spoken with their owner, Bob Levell, a number of times and he has always taken a personal interest in our situation and our satisfaction. When we call them out to fix a problem or make upgrades to any of our systems, we are always confident they will do the job as well as it can be done. In short, we couldn't be happier with the service they've provided us through the years.

Tiger Systems is the epitome of "You get what you pay for". They are a high quality home electronics/security & surveillance system/hardwire installation company that can wire anything you can think of without you knowing they were ever there. The owner makes no money off of the products you put in your home, but is an excellent reference when deciding which products are best for a particular environment.

Above all, they do exactly what they say and stand behind their installation and products with top notch customer service for the lifetime of your home. I have now used Tiger Systems in my last two homes spanning almost 20 years and have recommended them to friends and family.

After a less than stellar job by our moving company, we used Tiger systems to finish setting up our TVs at our newly purchased home( ie, hiding wires, mounted 1 TV). Jay was very professional, the job was competed on time and done exactly like we wanted. Had a small hiccup with the estimate vs final bill but we were able to work that out. If we need anything done with our entertainment systems in the future, we will certainly use them again.

Tiger Systems made my Home Theater dreams come true. I researched quite a bit before contacting them but I was amazed at how much I still didn't know. The planning that went into my project was top notch and I was very much apart of the process. From the pre-wiring while the house was under construction to the finished product after construction these guys performed flawlessly and exceeded expectations.

If I had any questions or concerns Bob would always talk to me on the phone or returned emails I'm a timely fashion, sometimes multiple times a day. The guys worked quickly and did not sit around. The jobs were completed well before the estimated timeframe. System sounds great and looks clean. Highly recommended.

Outstanding company. We had them hang a flat screen TV on the wall and relocate the cable modem, WiFi router, DVD player. Jay, the estimator showed up on time and made a thorough inspection, complete with notes and photos, to be sure the estimate was accurate. The installers routed a series of cables behind the walls, without any unsightly holes (I don't know how they did this through a series of 2 x 4 studs!). After they were done, they tested all the remote controls with me and cleaned up any dust and debris. Highly recommended.

Solved audio and video problems quickly without replacing all the equipment.

AJ and his team at Tiger are nothing short of amazing! We had two areas in our home that I never thought we would be able to have tv's without dramatically changing the space and they not only made it possible they made it look easy. They were professional, on time, on budget, and extremely neat throughout both projects. We highly recommend using Tiger for your home entertainment needs.

Very happy with the job Jay, Craig and the team at TSI did! We wanted to install a new outlet above our fireplace and mount our tv. TSI was able to navigate the areas behind the wall (not easy) and complete the job in the expected time. Would use them again.

Seems from other reviews that this place used to be good. My experience was the worst buying and installation in all my life. 1) Estimates that aren't real-- they exceeded mine by thousands and never accomplished all that was contained in original estimate 2) Sent multiple guys to every services call- so that one could work and the others could stand around and bill for the hours. 3) Original estimate calls for connecting 3 areas in home and one outside.

Inside space included a record player.- Sent a guy to service what never worked when set up. He told me "I dont know anything about record players" 4) The sales person "Jay"- admitted that his big jump to digital was his new car and bluetooth. Hey Jay-Im 50 and I made that jump in 2005 5)I count 9 service visits on my calendar just to try and get system to function (sonos).

After 9 visits they determine its a cord that they provided. Maybe the cord would have been on my "to check list" 6) Thousands over budget and months of waiting for service and Im still not complete with initial estimate work. Bottom line-- the owner is detached, the sales guy knows zero and can't remember a thing and only a couple guys know anything.

I could write 5 pages on these guys- now they dont want to finish the job because I told them " I hated doing business with them". Boys get a thicker skin, actually do what you say you are going to do and hold to your estimate. Billing 29 hours at $100 per hour trying to fix what never worked is not cool. Telling me that you'll waive that time is not a discount when you still go thousands over.

Bob and his team were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. I had them organize my cable, internet, Xbox, Blu-Ray, and surround sound system into one seamless unit. They have made my home life so much easier and did a great job completing the project (wish they could do that for my work life!). I would highly recommend them to friends and family for any size project. Thanks Tiger Systems!

Tiger Systems is by far the best home automation company in Columbus, Ohio. They have been very professional, reputable and easy to work with. Their prices are always competitive. too. Whenever I need updates in my home or office, I call Tiger Systems. Keep up the great work!

Bob and the guys at Tiger Systems are terrific. A couple years ago, they mounted my flat screen TV, put in a terrific entertainment system, and added speakers to my dining room and outdoor patio. Very professional and pleasant guys. Explained everything. Would highly recommend them.
