Cancellation department very rude. Had security with this company over 3 years asked if i wanted extended warranty for $5.00 said yes paid for 3 years never used it now they want me to pay $130 extra when i cancelled for warranty on equipment I won't have as they said it was for 5 years. what a rip off!

Very, very disappointed in TNT. Both my brother-in-law and us have used TNT for several years. In the process of remodeling a house the technician came out and installed some of the security items. My wife asked if we needed to pay him that very day and he said "no, I don't take money." The last few days they have been calling my wife repeatedly asking for payment and we have not received an invoice.
The wanted us to pay over the phone which we're not going to do unless we see the invoice and how the discounts were calculated. Well, one person said that they'd send a technician out to remove all of the things they had installed. We said "fine, send him out but we're not paying until we have a hard copy of an invoice in our hands." The glass breakers are another story.
Where we can use them or not can't be determined until the shutters are in place. At this point we don't know when that will be. They kept pressing for installation date which we do not know. Very unhappy with this company. Will have to do business with them for awhile but will switch ourselves and brother-in-law off as soon as we can. Would not do business with them ever again.

Great company to deal with, monitoring service is fast and reliable, service after install top notch. All technicians are skilled and experienced. I am an automotive technician, and I appreciate when someone is comfortable with the equipment they service. Camden came out yesterday and diagnosed/repaired my system with much professionalism and skill. Thanks for keeping me secured.
