This company is the worst company in The planet, my company contacted their services and what a nightmare. Every single day the internet and the phones are down at least 5 hours per day. The installed and old used modern that worked for two days, and they came to change it for another one. We have been having this issues for more than 3 weeks and always the say that they open a ticket and are working on the solution. AVOID BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

I am a part of the family business that has been deceived and tricked by Access One. Their sales rep looked me right in the eye and told us the service we were signing up for would be more than enough for my business.
