We have been a customer of Black Forest Home Security Systems (BFHSS) for over 20 years with the purchase of an Easy-Flo twin motor central vacuum system. We have maintained the lifetime warranty on the unit by having BFHSS complete the recommended maintenance schedule every five years. In the 20-year period, we had only one unplanned maintenance call for with one failed motor that was promptly replaced under warranty. Overall, the Easy-Flo products appear to be well designed with reliable parts.

Friendly, no high-pressure sales, high quality products Performs system design and layout Does the installation and it works the first time without callbacks Provides startup and operating information Performs routine maintenance Makes/keeps designated time appointments, no waiting for a half day window for him to show up Is an advocate with the manufacturer for warranty issues and product improvement We also recently started using the Kleenco products sold by BFHSS and are very impressed with results.

Dave Easley, with Black Forest Home Security Systems (BFHSS), has worked with us for over 25 years on three different homes. He has installed/maintained various systems in these homes, including Burglar Alarms, Fire Alarms, Water Leak alarms, Twin Motor Central Vacuums, Security Cameras, phone, satellite and TV wiring, and Home Music Systems.
