Our purpose was to provide the people of Houston and Harris County an alternative to the giant nationwide companies. OMNI Fire & Security is a rapidly growing alarm company. Our revenue has grown every year since 1990. Our niche is the fact that we are a small company, our clients know most of us by name, and each customer is treated like family. We are very price competitive with the national companies, and are not burdened by any long term debt.
Call OMNI Fire & Security for a new system, a quote, information, technical support, or service between the hours of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays. After business hours, the same telephone number is forwarded to our 24 hour answering service. We will respond to your service request with a callback within 24 hours.

My home has been protected for 24 years and that's the best investment I've ever made. I recently had them update my cameras and the views are crystal clear night and day. The management and staff have always been professional, pleasant and efficient.if they say someone will be there between 8-9 A.M. etc., they are on time, every time! Joe and Fernando worked effectively to install the cameras, the DRV, apps for our cell phones and instructions for everything.and, these days, I was impressed and grateful that both men wore a mask the entire time they were on my property and in my home.
I will be a lifelong customer and highly recommend them to anyone wanting to protect their home and businesses with a company that's better than any of their competitors. Thanks, Rick, Jose & Pat for all you do to make life safer!

I been a customer with OMNI since early 2014, I honestly could say I feel happy and proud too be a long time customer. Also that OMNI security has secure as best they could the protection of my family and residential. Every time I have a upgrade at home OMNI customer service make me feel part of the family as well they are part of my family. 100% I recommend OMNI to all my family and friends because safety is OMNI main goals.

Omni recently come out and activated the Security Alarm in my new rental home. I worked with Danielle who took care of me quickly and I was scheduled in no time. They got me activated with no cost to me and the tech Michael was very thorough. He made sure the system was working properly and took time to explain to me how to use it. I would recommend Omni to anyone who is primarily looking for Customer Service at their Monitoring Company.

Love my Omni Security service. We've been with them for 3 years now and would highly recommend them to anyone. They have great customer service and we like supporting small business. We recently discovered our monitoring wasn't working properly and they sent a technician the very next day. Mark was incredibly helpful. Not only did he fix the issue but provided us with tips on what to look for in case we had an issue again.

OMNI does a terrific job. Whenever I have a concern or issue, they have responded very quickly and when it was convenient for me to come out and resolve the issue. Today, Tech Mark came out an replaced my wireless device. He was very courteous and had a great personality. He was very thorough on setting everything up and testing the system. Thank you.

When we closed on our newly build home last May 2018 I was looking for a reliable security company that offered a personalized service. We have used OMNI alarm system for a few years now and we have totally been happy with the service. I appreciate the quick response to the alarms setting off and following up to make sure if it is a false or actual situation at hand that needs attention. We have our personnel trained on the codes and password to disarm or reset. Been using Omni at our place of business now for over 3 years. We have had many instances where the alarm was triggered due to employees coming and going and forgetting to properly enable/disable the alarm. Each time their monitoring has been quick to call and confirm the alarm notice. We have also found Omni's service to be top notch as they have come out to our office a couple times to upgrade equipment. I recommend Omni without hesitation. Brad

They dont show up when they say they will. I had an appointment at 8:30 this morning. Thirty minutes after the appointment I called to ask if anyone was coming. I was told that they did not come out because they called to ask me a question and I did not call back. I told them I had not received a message. Then a rather angry woman emphatically told me she heard the message being left by the tech.
I asked if she was calling me a liar. She refused to answer. I called the tech and asked if he had tried to call me he said yes, but he called a number that did not have voice mail. I don't know what number they called, but that is not mine. Clearly, this woman did not hear him leave me a message. I have been a customer for years at another address, so they certainly should know how to contact me.
Bottom line is that we dragged ourselves out in a downpour for a no call, no show and then I was basically called a liar. Their systems work fine once installed, but their customer service is horrible!
