Never answered the phone, would only text and took forever to respond. Very rude and disrespectful. Didn't tell me when he showed up to the shop where the vehicle was, didn't do what I asked, and left as I was on my way there. Never fixed anything. Great prices if you don't mind dealing with a rude, disrespectful, uncommunicative, pain in the but person.

I am another locksmith. AAL cares about their customers, instead of having the customer wait until tomorrow when they are free they referred the customer to me because I was freed up. That shows they care more about customer service than money. Great company!

My car key fell out of my keyfob so no luck in starting my vehicle. They came to my house, cut a new car key with a plastic topper and a chip inside, and my car started perfectly! Saved me a lot of time and money and avoided going to the dealership. Highly recommend and would use again! Very pleasant on the phone and in person.

I don't understand the 1 star reviews. This guy was at our house in 40 minutes and after about a half hour we had a new cut and programmed key.

Horrible customer service! They will damage your vehicle and literally cuss you out and laugh at you when you complain about it. Very low class trashy business. Stay clear of them they are below unprofessional!
