Atlantic Protective Services are really wonderful. I had a gate camera go out at Space Saver Self Storage in Suffolk. I called APS not knowing for sure if they would come out that far and they said of course we can come to you. We scheduled for them to come out to see what I had and what they can do to help me, they were early, very polite, and were very clear to me what they had to do, and with in a couple of days they were back with new equipment and in no time at all it was all hooked up.

I was shocked seriously in the difference in clarity from my old camera and my new one from APS, it was so clear I could even see leaves falling from the trees in the wind all the way down the driveway from my office to the main road which is about 50 car parking spaces or so. APS was very reasonable in their prices and very quick with paper work upon my asking. I will for sure use APS again in the future both for business and my personal home. They are terrible! They have awful customer service and the guy in their service department is rude! I haven't been with them that long and they've already had to come out several times for faulty equipment. I understand things can break but I have never dealt with anything like this. I would not recommend them to anyone! I appreciate your response. However, the information you provided for the client you found is not for my company.

This was a brand new store where you all did install the equipment (I was there for the installation). So therefore, we did not have any other equipment in the store prior. The faulty equipment was only part of the issue. Had you're customer service rep been a little bit more polite on the phone about the situation, maybe it would have gone differently. Good customer service is key.

I use to work for them there tactics are of the past there security guards unprofessional with worn out stained uniforms the armed guards carry 38's no extra bullets except in there guns

I am very happy with APS. They have done a good job for me, and are very responsive. I also referred someone to them and they gave me a credit for 3 months of free monitoring.
