I ordered a top of the line LiftMaster Garage Door Opener, Model 87504-267. The next business day it was installed. The appointment time was from 1pm - 4pm. The installer arrived at 5pm. The late arrival appeared to have been an issue with the scheduling dept within the company. Anyway, Juan the installer was very courteous and professional. He went right to work.

The install took approximately 45 minutes. Outstanding in my opinion. Juan was very neat during his installation period. After installation he went through the MyQ setup with me, and everything worked the first time. I highly recommend this company and especially Juan as an installer.

Action Automatic Door Company completely stiffed me. I made an appointment for "Service". No one showed and when I contacted the Company they made no attempt to rectify the situation. I took off work. Made a follow up call. And they still screwed it up. Needless to say I will move on to another company and will never use or recomend this company.

I am so impressed with this company. They were referred to me from another company that could not come out to fix our garage door for a couple of days, so they gave me Actions phone number. I called first thing Wednesday morning and Liz had a tech out within a couple of hours. The techs name was Elliot, very prompt, personable and had our garage door fixed in no time. I would highly recommend this company.

Be cautious buying parts from them. ONE torsion spring (not installed) cost $159.75 with tax. I was told they have a set price of $150.00 per spring regardless of wire diameter or length. Look online spring SETS are cheaper. Hope this helps people who do it themselves.

Moises was amazing! He gave great suggestions and was upfront with costs and timeline of completion.

Miguel C and helper were very professional. They fixed my problems, both a board on the moter and a new key pad, reprogrammed everything and oiled everything. Garage door working like all new! Thanks guys!

Called Action Automatic door this Memorial day weekend. The serviceman Moises showed up when he said he would, and was very professional and courteous. He got our garage door working in no time. Had to replace garage doors. It did take a while to get the doors from the manufacturer due to COVID but Annette was great to work with. Helped me select the right doors and colors for my house. The installers were professional and thorough in demonstrating how to use everything. The garage was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. I highly recommend this company. quality work and quality products.

I had written review prior to this one with Actions Customer Service as I spoke to a gentleman that told me he needed the name of the tech before he could find my information. I received a call from Annette who wrote up my order apologizing the for the information that was given to me by the gentleman. She told me hats not the way she wanted her customers treated.

She went ahead and schedule our installation for 08/31/20. After the phone call from Annette her boss asked her if we were her customers and she told him, yes. He told Annette to call me back and asked if they could move us up to have the installation on 08/20/20 because of what happened. Today on 08/20/20 the installers came and did a beautiful job on our screen that covers the garage door. Installers were very polite and did an outstanding job. Would highly recommend Action Doors. Also a great price.

Was very pleased with the excellent work Jim performed to repair my broken garage door. Called to let us know he was on the way, then replaced a broken spring, repaired door where opener attaches, adjusted opener, lubricated, etc. all in less than an hour. He was very professional and competent.

Jim did a fantastic job installing a new garage door opener for us. He also helped us realize some features that we were not using on other remote openers. Jim took a look at all of our equipment and made sure it was working properly. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!

SCAM Alert Do not use Action for your SWF garage door service. I requested a quote for a Wayne Dalton torque master replacement. I was told $299. Now, the parts cost is only about $100 and labor time is under an hour. Upon arrival, the technician didn't bring the correct part and wanted to convert me to a regular torsion spring but the price went up to $499. Again, $100 in parts and less than an hour labor time.

So Action is charging me $400/hour labor. No thanks. I called back to the office and they were unwilling to work with me. What a shame and a sham. Follow up. Next company I called was D&D. They completed the job for $275. Go figure

I used Action yesterday for the first time and they were excellent. Setting up the appointment was easy. I received a confirmation email on my appointment and the technician arrived as scheduled. The tech, Gilbert, did an outstanding job installing a new opener and repairing a broken spring and replacing wheels. He worked diligently for a couple of hours and never slowed down. I would recommend them highly.

I called Action Automatic Door yesterday after experiencing malfunctions with our doors here in Naples. I didn't know who to call as the doors were installed long before we bought the house. A friend recomended Action Automatic Door. Liz made me feel welcome, was excellent and scheduled service for me today. Carlos the service tech was here right on time.

He was fast, extremely competent and efficient. In about an hour he serviced all three of our doors, fixed an eye problem with one and programmed a difficult opener for me. The bill was easy to pay via IPAD credit swipe and very reasonable. I could not be happier. This company is great! Thank you Liz. Thank you Carlos!

I just had Tony M work on my garage door. It was a true pleasure to have him do the service. If only "all" service technicians were as well trained as Tony! I would recommend Action Automatic Door Co to anyone. Top notch service.

Very pleased. I called them this morning and they arrived around noon. Even sooner than they were supposed to. My garage door had dropped while opening last night. A potentially very dangerous situation. I thought the spring had broken. Turns out that my cars luggage rack on top must have hooked the release rope a little and the next time I opened it it completely released.

Because it (probably) hadn't been serviced in years the tension was so loose that it just fell. I was taking my dog for a walk and thankfully she wasn't under the door. The technician fixed it by tightening it up and shortening the release rope. He also lubricated it and I had him change the little wheels as they were getting bad, at his suggestion.

While they were here I asked him to change the bottom strip which definitely needed it. No more little frogs. He showed me how, now that it was tightened up, if it ever accidentally gets pulled again it won't drop. He suggested that I get my door serviced every year for a discounted price. I will take his advice. Very quiet and smooth now. Highly recommend!

The technicians are awesome. The issue I have is their scheduling. I have gates to enter my property. There have been 2 occasions when manual system did not work after auto openers did not work either. The customer service person gave me an an appointment 2 days later. I said I can't get out of my property. She said I am sorry, no one available.

I had to throw a fit to get someone out here. They then installed new openers which are very expensive and guess what? Now they don't shut. I called again today. She said openings 2 days later. They do not offer prompt service. If you are locked in your property and gates don't work they don't care. If new openers don't work and you can't shut your gates for security they give you appointments 2 days later. If it was not under warranty I would hope to another company.
