Tried getting these guys to install locks and safes in about 30 different locations in IL. Contacted them more than 3 times for a quote. Not even a single response to acknowledge. I went in to discuss with them - promised to email. Still waiting. Probably judgmental, unfortunately. Will never do business with such company.

Unfortunately I had several problems with a single lock set, but, and this is important, they were apologetic and made it right. I would have given a lower rating were if not for that fact. Despite the problems, I will go back.
