I just can't work for a company like this and I feel like I have a right to speak my mind James really know how to talk disrespectful he tells me to go find another job I never heard of a supervisor telling me to go find another job I'm not about to work for some one that can just talk reckless to me when I do have good work ethics I was never trained for the retail stores and I got removed from sites I show my availability and I always get ignored in certain parts or James never answer the phone I rather not even invest my time into the company ever again cause I don't want to deal with James talking reckless to me

Funny their reviews are all posted by people who worked for them? Tell you anything? Project manager for a complex they provided "security" for. If you want to watch a couple people who barely got their GED lean against the side of their bosses car for an hour, these are your people. I was actually on site when their own office was broken into, and they were too scared to go in and clear it. WE had to clear it for them.
Invest in Green light or any other program. These are mall cops, NO police experience, NO connections with any authorities. They just call 911 like anyone else. Save your money!

TMH Security great company pays weekly gives overtime if wanted excellent vehicles to use free uniform good pay and affordable health care plan for the employees. Tom Jim and Wendal great bosses lead their men from the front not the back. I'd give them a 10 star but I guess 5 will do they have been in business since 1984 that really says a lot also a zero in debt company that also says a lot.

TMH is a great company, and Lt. Lant ( Big Jim) is a great boss/ field supervisor. I have personally worked with him and the company for years. I have always been treated with the upmost respect, and consideration. The company and my LT. have given me a great opportunity to learn alot, and continuously grow while climbing the ranks. Our reputation as a company is proceeded by our clients that love the service we provide to them. Absolute WORST COMPANY. The 9th Precinct told us they were a "waste of money" and one of the "Scam companies" Ruining Detroit. Once you fire them for their incompetence, they will spam your reviews. Fat Jim, the owners SON rides around chain smoking watching his "GUYS". His people make 10-12hr, ask any of them, and they will happily work for you for a much lower rate than Jim and his dad charges. Shane is the only worth while person, and unfortunatly, he has no idea he could do much better. Contact Detroit DPD about "Second Shift" program, you'll pay half the price, get REAL officers, and REAL security.
