The absolute worst alarm company! Steer clear of them if you are looking for an alarm company for your home or business. Our alarm system went down and we called 11 times to have a technician come out to replace it, each time we left a message with the "call center" and never once was our call returned. We now are going to dispute it with the credit card company since we tried to cancel and couldn't get a hold of anyone.

EXCELLENT customer service and super quick response time. We got an awesome system with all the modern high-tech features for hundreds less than the other companies were charging. The installation was very clean and the set up was nice & easy. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

WORST company to deal with! I do not recommend this for anyone. This company is a very small dealer that has unprofessional people working over there just LIKE THEIR BOSS "KEN". I had a problem at night where they weren't getting the signal that i Closed, The lady operator 6 kept on saying we have a tech on sight BUT THEY DO NOT! They only have technicians during the day but no one at night to solve a 8 YEAR COSTUMER'S problem.
I stayed after work 4 hours trying to solve the problem but she didn't solve it and at the end she said "I have other calls to take" and hung up in my face. So after 3 days they came and upgraded from a 2-G to a 4-G and they want to charge me $500.00 for an upgrade they have to do on their end. and they gave me only 2 days to pay and treated me like they're doing me a favor.
And then when they called to get their payment after 1 day, I told them why do i have to pay for an upgrade you had to do on your end! And the Owner/ Manager "KEN" did not even let me speak. Very rude, yelling in the phone, screaming, while i talk he cuts me off. There is way more to it. This whole paragraph was just keeping it short. -I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MESSED UP COMPANY FOR ANYONE.
