They messed up our payment agreement then the *manager* threatened to take us to court before my payment was even late! 2/2 times i worked with this store and regretted it.

While back I got a ps4 and x box one for a black Friday deal. Also used this new program where you get credit me and wife approved for 1300 each and we got those items. Paid a month like said and couple days later police came over with them and I showed my agreement papers and police said just give them items and get my money back. I went in got the systems tossed to the road breaking both lol.

I had insurance on them. Police came with me to get money but only got half back and so called put on store credit for other half but ban me in all locations lol. The dude was gay and would not hitting on me at the store as well. Dude I am marriage to a female back off.

I usually go to the store on 15 gratiot however i went to this store. Brought a cash and carry couch. Me and my boyfriend srarted getting bit at night while sitting on it. Plus the couch smelled bad. Called the store they told me twice they would send someone to clean it. Both times nobody came. So I called corporate and they sent there store associate who checked the couch with his phone flashlight. Saying he doesnt see anything.

Everyone knows bedbugs come out at night. Another associate brought a bissel and cleaned the couch if you wanna call it that it still smelled. Next night my boyfriend screams and we see the bedbug come out of the couch we take pics of it and the bites on him as well. I am furious I have a baby here the couch is not coming back inside my home. I will be taking legal action. Do not buy from this store! I never had any bugs in my home before bringing this couch in.

I've always had great experience in the past with this store but I recently purchased an Xbox One and was told it was in great Prestige condition with one previous owner and it was all scuffed up with marks that came off with a baby wipe also the game system was not factory reset which I would think that they would do that just to even make sure that the game system works I just hope I don't have any future problems with this Xbox one other than not having all the chords to play it when I got home just because it seems like they didn't actually check the equipment out and test it before giving it to me in the future I will double check the products I buy other than that it's great store and helps me build my credit and I keep my receipts of all my payments so if there's any issues I can prove them wrong
