Videotex serviced the installation of sound dampening panels in our Church Fellowship Hall. There were scheduling difficulties due to staff being sick, but they still managed to complete the project in 4 days and were receptive of all requests for post-placement adjustment, transparent and communicated any necessary changes to the original plans, and did first rate work. Would definitely recommend.

We're a small church 90+ miles away from their headquarters, and Videotex came for a site visit & then follow-up install of a projector. Their install guys were not only super nice but explanatory & educated us on the whole process. Rodney even upgraded the projector he quoted & the company absorbed the overage instead of charging us more. Install was done perfectly & they cleaned up all debris in the sanctuary (including vacuuming). It's the little details that add up to a complete experience & I found Videotex saw to all those exactly as you would hope they would. Highly recommend.

As the facility manager at a church in Dallas I have had the opportunity to work with Videotex multiple times. First we needed a modern sound system and spoke to multiple vendors. Videotex was the only one that arranged a demo with Bose and we liked it so we bought a tailored Bose system from them and it works great and we've even expanded the original system.

Just recently we added a Sony 4K video system so that we can live stream our services when we open back up to members and visitors that may not feel comfortable coming back to the building yet. Bob designed a great system for us that is expandable in the future but not so technical that we have to hire a video tech to run it. And the picture is great so we will be able to easily identify people dozing during the service!

Their pricing is very competitive and we've compared component pricing to B&H and Adorama. But what puts them over the top is Jake and his installation crew. Jake listens to our ideas and installs accordingly and then shows up how to use the system! I spent over 30 years in outside sales so I know good service and bad service and we would recommend Videotex in a heartbeat!
