If this wasn't installed previously in my house I would have went elsewhere, but sometimes that's just what you get when trying to save money. Multiple time I have had default equipment, every time it is on you to fix this junk. This isn't a true alarm company this is a middle man for you and the police. The absolute worst part is the customer service, I would rather suffer from IBS than have to listen to randy go on one of his spiels or answering questions with other question tactics.
Nothing is ever there fault as a business. I do not hardly ever leave reviews but I did not want anyone else to experience this if they have an option. Pay the extra go with adt and avoid this sham.

The staff at Omni 1st are very friendly, professional, and honest. Their quality of work is excellent. They installed a security camera system at my home and did a great job (make us feel more secure and aware of the surroundings). They also monitor the security at A Team Hope Company, in which I am employed. I complement them and would recommend them to anyone.
