This is my second review of Eastern Security. My last review was in May of 2018. Service AFTER THE SALE counts for a real, real lot. My home security alarm began beeping and it said the battery was low. I went into the closet where the alarm box is located but didn't see anything wrong. I called Frank at Eastern Security and he told me to go in the basement to where the electrical panel is. Yikes!
There was a tiny leak in an overhead pipe and the area around the panel was wet and so was the floor and wall. My alarm wasn't working because of the leak. The socket where the alarm system is plugged in was wet. I immediately called the plumbers and they came over and fixed the leak. Once the area dried out, I again called Frank at Eastern Security and he told me what to do to get the alarm system back up and working.
He stayed on the phone with me til the alarm all set. This is why everyone should deal with a legitimate company run by people who know what they're doing and how to treat their customers well.

Terrible customer service experience. Had a conversation with him a couple of days ago about getting a quote for taking over a current security system at a commercial property. I followed up with Frank today to schedule and he just bluntly stated that he will not work with my company and hung up. If you don't want to service a property, just explain that you can't take on the client. It was very rude to just hang up.

They have installed very sophisticated alarm and surveillance systems for me and the service has always been 5-Star. Their after hours monitoring co is always professional to work with as well. I have used Eastern Security for over 10 yrs and have been very very satisfied. From the minute I met Frank (the owner) I knew that this was the right fit for me. While he is very Professional, he is kind and caring. He puts a lot of time and effort into his business. I like that Frank is available 24/7. While he has an answering service, He himself calls you right back if there is a problem.
The materials he uses are very high quality. The employees that he has for installation are very knowledgeable and dependable. The office staff at Eastern Security are very courteous and accommodating. I can't recommend Eastern Security Systems enough to anyone looking for any type of Alarm System, because Frank has all types of systems covered. Kudos for running such a High Quality Business. Had service installed and when they came out they set everything up and my phone only worked in my bedroom where they install the alarm unit. according to them this was a problem with my phone company (which is interesting since all my phone jacks was working before they came). never the less i went out and bought multi set cordless phones. then the alarm used to go off middle of night for no reason. waking us up and then getting the call. then all of a sudden my phone line dies alarm still connected. called my phone company who was nice enough to come out that same day and they looked at the way it was set up and it was barley connected. very poor job.
I called a friend who actually owns an alarm company and he stated that this was one of the worst installation jobs he has seen. Thank you Eastern Security but come pick up your equipment and have a nice day. Hopefully they eventually improve.
