I dropped off my fire extinguisher and explained that I only needed a recharge. It was for my home and did not need to be inspected. They said it would be $25. I went to pick it up and they charged me $35 with the inspection. They said it would be cheaper if I didn't do the inspection. I explained that I only asked for the recharge this time and didn't need the inspection.
They said "Well the technician did the inspection.". As you can see from the receipt, it shows Fire extinguisher 6 year maintenance was what I was charged for. The recharge only was a separate item. I wouldn't go here unless you want to pay for services you didn't ask for. I won't be going back.

Awesome customer Experience. The rep who I spoke with was educated on all the extinguishers/products they had. After making a few phone calls they were able to provide me with the exact ones I needed that same afternoon. I Couldn't have asked for better customer service. Everything was friendly and well paced. Looking forward to doing business again with them in the future.
