Worked for Mr Peter for 6 years, the best boss I ever had, then he got a stroke, unfortunate retirement; so sudden, knowing that he didn't even trust his own son to keep the legacy; he was right; untruthful not reliable and must important make you lie about your skills to make him looks good in front of his customers; his a live living shame individual.

Had to give one star as NO Stars is not an option. Paying for over 2 years of BA monitoring service that wasn't monitored! Called on behalf of the homeowner, no password or account verification required to access alarm details. THAT IS SECURITY 101. NAME AND CREDENTIALS! Owner and owners reps leave it on the poor girl answering the phone to take the heat. Emailed owner, no response. but hey, the checks are always cashed.

They can't blame it on the equipment either, it was installed by you! Oh well, as they say buyer beware. and exploring options to recoup our fees paid for services not rendered!
