Select Patrol

Speaking as a former employee. The experience was ok. The help was there when it was needed. But something about management. they can be Obnoxious. Good luck. Be safe.

My truck got stolen out of a parking lot they are supposed to patrol. They can site my vehicle for facing the wrong way and threaten tow but can't actually be vigilant enough to prevent theft from the parking lot.

I have worked with select patrol for 8 months and it's NOTHING compared to other big security corporations I've worked for. Big security corporations I've worked for over the years, made me feel like just another employee that could easily be replaced. This is not the case when working for select patrol. Select patrol has benefits and accommodates to your personal life schedule such as school or even if you have a part-time job.

Hello, my name is Nicholas Geraci and I have been a Security Guard for the past 11 years here in California and have worked for a few Security Guard Companies. I have been with Select Patrol for about 5 months now. They are a great companies. They care about their employees, and treat you with respect. Management team is respectful, and understand the needs of the employees. They don't take you for granted and treat everyone with respect. Working for Select Patrol has been a very beneficial and exciting experience. They offer a competitive starting pay rate. We always have multiple direct lines of communication with the owners of the company and management, which is much more efficient than having to go through two or more supervisors as you would with other agencies. I've definitely been able to gain knowledge, as well as sharpen my skills in many aspects of public safety.

This is a great way for new guards to gain experience in the day-to-day workings of either being on patrol or at a stationary post, and would also be ideal for experienced guards.

I've been working for Select Patrol for about a month now and I'm really enjoying it. It is a great work environment. My supervisors and management are very reliable and do a great job and keeping their customers informed with accurate security reports and professionalism.
