Worked there for almost a year. Never felt confident in the training I was provided. Any time I asked for help I was put on blast by the supervisor who spent most of their time streaming videos. I was offered, on 2 occassions, to have one on one refreshment training to improve that never happened. Not at all an ideal environment to work in

Just a strange and deceitful company for both business and employment. Most of the people who I had orientation with quit within a few weeks. My manager was a complete tool who lacked professionalism and seemed to make her judgments from the perspective of two lazy people in the office. Favoritism, favoritism, favoritism. As far as their services, most of the time the GSOC operators during swing and grave shift were watching Youtube or abandoning post. IT guys were always hung over at work, too. I will always consider this company the butt-crack of Silicon Valley.
