Detention Device Systems (DDS) warrants each standard product manufactured and sold by it to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for such period of time and under such conditions as are specified herein or as may be specified by DDS on the face of its quotation or otherwise reduced to writing and expressly approved by DDS.
7900 DetentionGRADE Ceiling System was designed for the high security areas in Federal, State and County Institutions. The 7900 DetentionGRADE Ceiling System is the Architects answer to Increased Security, Noise Reduction and Style. The easy to install panels are designed so that the borders on the panels match the ledger angles and support tees.
DDS currently has (2) IT Gema Optiplex powder coat lines and (2) large 7' x 7' x 13' curring ovens. These systems are State-of-the-Art. Along with our racking and conveying systems we are able to produce a large volume of powder coated items per shift. What is powder coating? Powder coating is an advanced method of applying a decorative and protective finish to a wide range of materials and products that are used by both industries and consumers. The powder used for the process is a mixture of finely ground particles of pigment and resin, which is sprayed onto a surface to be coated.
Wall Mtg Bunks are designed and manufactured to meet the requirements of County, State and Federal Building Codes. All bunks are assembled using Domestic HR Steel, welded construction and Powdercoated Primer/Gray for finish painting by contractor after installation. Pans are perforated for ease of cleaning and provides mattress ventilation.
