Our technician Wilfred was vary professional and knowledgeable. He helped us set up our motion sensors in the right locations that way we can maximize the inside of our house for full protection in case of a break in. I was very impressed and I highly recommend him as an installer. He explained the main key pad vary well and made it easy to understand.

Ezra Holmes arrived at our home at 8 a.m. to install a home security system, and worked steadily until five o'clock. He was masked the entire time, very personable, and patient with the challenges of our new-to-us home. He was also patient with my husband who insisted on helping;- Ezra obviously knows what he is doing - his placement of cameras and motion sensors was spot on.
He made sure we knew how to use the system before he left and I have no doubt that if we have issues he will be responsive. It is just part of his nature - he obviously takes pride in his work.

Kei Harris was fantastic! So professional, personable and an excellent representative for A3 Smart Home. Kei was a good listener and he went above and beyond to ensure that our alarm radio situation was fixed and that all was updated. I wish all the repairman who have come out to make repairs were as nice to work with as Kei is.we will definitely stay with A3 Smart Home because of Kei's excellent customer service!

We had problems with our control panel after our initial install. Was able to get a appointment for the next day to check system. Brandon was very personable, came in with mask and shoe covers. Diagnosed the issue and repaired the problem. He was neat and efficient. Thanks for the service. Glad we picked 3A Smart Alarm. Ben

Wouldn't recommend them as all. Got a alarm system from them last Month and all I having Issues after issues management are very unhelpful and unfriendly. You have to call and be on hold for long time to get service even had a alarm once and no one responded to verify if it's real or false alarm luckily it's was false but if it was real emergency it would be bad since A3 did not even follow up. Shopping for new company if they can use same system since it's already installed at my house.

First of all, I had been a customer for 15 years when they notified me that my equipment no longer would work with their system. They were supposed to put in the new compatible board at no charge. Instead, they charged me $500 on my auto pay. I spoke with their customer service team on at least 7 occasions - always promised a follow up after they looked into it.
I NEVER was refunded and I NEVER got a follow up call. I finally just gave up because my time was more valuable. Now, I just called to cancel my service. I was informed that even though I am NOT under contract with them, it will take up to 30 days for their customer service team to cancel my service and I will continue to be charged for service that I am not using for those 30 days.
What company takes 30 days to cancel a service and doesn't at least prorate from the time you cancel? It's a shady excuse to keep even more of my money. If there were negative stars, I would give them.
