These guys are the best and I wish I had found them sooner. I had a house with an old alarm system that I had begun the process of upgrading it myself and honestly didn't have time to finish programming it. I tried a coupe of different companies and most didn't event want to bother with it. I called and Robert sent Luis out that week. My system is up and running. My insurance company is happy because it's monitored again. I appreciate their no BS pricing and quick service.

Upon discovering that the sub-par coaxial cabling in my townhome had failed I took the opportunity to get new coaxial and CAT6 cabling installed. I chose ASI Alarms for their quick initial response and terrific question-answer process we went through before accepting their bid. Now, after the job, I can honestly say that ASI did a superbly professional job.

Their job day process was exemplary - started on time, accomplished exactly what we discussed and even cleaned up immediately after cutting into walls, etc. as they went. Seriously, Robert literally carried around a small vacuum cleaner while installing the network faceplates. They left my house neat and tidy with brand new coax/CAT6 connections. I cannot recommend ASI Alarms too much - I would not hesitate to hire them again.

This company is wonderful. everything that the other reviews have stated! I called ASI to help figure out a video wiring issue I had in my condo, where old RG59 video cable was installed giving intermittent connectivity to my Xfinity service. Xfinity suggested that I install RG6, which is the newer standard. After calling ASI, Robert and his tech came out last Friday to look things over.

We agreed on what should be done and they installed the RG6 cable quickly, and securely the same morning they came out. I highly recommend this company to anyone! I will definitely use their service again if needed. Thanks ASI.

My aged alarm system had somehow magically malfunctioned after 11 years of non-use, so I found ASI on Yelp. I called and left a message--and then got a call right back, even though I was pretty sure the job I'd described was so puny, nobody would want to respond. Robert showed up at exactly the promised time, diagnosed the alarm deficiency and fixed it instantly.

I was so thrilled, I asked for a quote to replace it--and the price was SO right, I of course said "go for it." The quote arrived that day. Once I agreed to a system, he immediately scheduled a time based on when the equipment would arrive, and gave me a calendar date and time. As of 11 am today, I'm the proud owner of a spiffy new alarm system and I couldn't wait to give him the rave review he deserves. Professionalism isn't the only thing to love about Robert. He's also a great communicator who knows his stuff inside-out, and genuinely CARES about his customers' happiness: When he removed the old unit, he asked me if I could give him something to clean the wall around it. (Yes, you read that right.) He was efficient and thorough, tested everything carefully and took the time to show me how to work the system, but it gets better: He also fixed my coffee pot.

And provided comfort to a dying squirrel. Ask your average technician to beat THAT. :-D I gave Robert five stars--but if I could, I'd give him a LOT more. You couldn't find a more gifted, talented technologist.who also happens to be an awesome human being.

Working with ASI was great. They showed up on time, followed safety protocols and had us up and going in no time. Excellent customer service as well. Recommended!

Robert and Luis worked with Len of My Network Solution to run network cable to my ancient garage and install several drops there, and relocate an existing security camera. They were punctual and professional, and did a perfect job. I will definitely hire them again for future network or alarm installation, and recommend them without reservation to anyone looking for network or alarm installation.

I bought my own cameras, and did a research to find a better price to install it for me. Then, after many estimates, Asi Alarms was the fair price to install my cameras. I am soooo happy with my cameras, and thanks so much Robert and Luis for your wonderful job!

Thanks to Robert, Luis and Len we have security cameras around our home. They were very responsive to my phone calls and texts and just nice guys to work with Answered all my tech-challenged questions. Now can monitor activity around our house while home and away. I highly recommend ASI Alarms!

I needed new cabling ran and wired throughout the house. Robert and Louis quickly provided a fair quote. They; - showed up on-time - finished ahead of schedule - charged nearly 1/3 less than the quote as the job took less time and material as quoted - did a great job - cleaned up I would highly recommend them. Robert and Louis from ASI Alarms (wiring) and their business partner Len from My Network Solution wired up my house with CAT6. Robert and Louis were great onsite, both very professional, cleaned up during and after the job, and were super friendly to chat with. My house threw us a curveball at one point but they were able to come up with a solution on the spot. The final payment ended up lower than the initial quote! I am looking forward to working with them again in the future.

Robert at ASI Alarms is the only company to come out and repair an existing, wired security system. I bought a house built in 2005 and the previous owners never used the security alarm system (Honeywell controller). One of the zones showed an alert and my testing showed that a window contact in one of the bedrooms (which bedroom?) wasn't working. Robert called me about 5 minutes after I requested a Yelp quote.

We discussed the situation as his pricing and set a time for him to come by. He and colleague were prompt, professional and courteous. They made sure to wear booties when inside the house. They quickly identified the problem window sensor and got it working. Also plugged the security system directly into an outlet and screwed it in place instead of having it on the existing extension cord.

I definitely recommend Robert and ASI Alarms for their service and pricing. No up-selling and a great honest guy. If I need any future repairs, I have him in my contacts list and am ready to make the call.

They are the best. Their telephone agents are all professionals, cordial and well spoken. Believe we have false alarm daily and when they call they are the best.

I needed my house retrofitted for Cat6. Robert and Louis figured out how to terminate the cable into the cabinet I was using for my network and pulled into the three different ceiling locations for access points. The attic does not have a lot of space and they get the job done well and much faster than I anticipated. I am very happy with the work.

Robert just showed me how a business can be built with honest and straightforward work. I called them for help to setup my intrusion detection system at home and Robert walked me through step by step instructions on how to program my system correctly. Although I was completely new to using the system, he patiently explained everything to me and worked with me till it was setup correctly. I'm already a fan and will continue to look to them for all my security needs.

We used A.S.I. Alarms for our business system and was very pleased with the professionalism of the company. Robert came out and gave us a free estimate and explained all of our options. There was no pressure or up sales. Ten years later when we moved into our new home, we called A.S.I. Alarms again. Again, Robert came to our home and laid out all of our options from wireless to wired systems and explained the differences. I would definitely recommend trying A.S.I. Alarms.
