My excellent experience with AA Locksmith began in their shop in 10th St in Clarendon. Was greeted with a smile by Jaclyn, a knowledgeable member of the owner's family who presented different locks and handset. I wanted a smart lock and received good advice on purchase options. When the products were received a few days later, an installation appointment was scheduled for the next morning.

A price for the labor was given as was an estimated amount of time to complete the job.about an hour. The next day Alan, the locksmith, arrived promptly at 9am for a 9 to 11 window. He was friendly, knowledgeable, wore a mask, and completed the job in 37 minutes including taking my payment with a mobile credit card reader. He also made two new spare keys in his truck. I'm very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend AA Locksmith.

Quick easy and professional. Had to get two door bolts keyed the same. Went into store, technician was called in from the field. Went to the bank and came back to finished work.

Have been to AA Locksmith in Arlington twice this month. Despite the VA mandate none of the employees wear masks. This shows complete disregard for their customers. Me and my mask will not be back. (Also they open at 9:30, not 9:00)

We had an urgent lockout situation today and AA not only responded quickly with a fair quote, they were at my house within 15 minutes, hours before some of locksmiths I spoke to, and days before the rest. Smooth, speedy service, and Trey was great to work with. Would recommend AA and will definitely use them again going forward.

Very positive experience. Needed spare keys for a ten-year old Toyota Corolla that I had just bought. Checking on the phone, I found that AA Locksmith had a much lower price ($65) than others and also could cut the keys right away. Very friendly and knowledgeable people there. I called yesterday and was scheduled for an appointment today. The locksmith was very polite. He changed 4 of my locks and sprayed them. All keys worked fine! He called when he was en route and showed up on time!

I had very positive experience with AA Locksmith this week. The woman who assisted me explained why previous attempts to copy my keys didn't work (because I wasn't copying the original key). And even more important--the copies made by AA Locksmith worked! If you need locksmith services, I highly recommend going to AA Locksmith. An added bonus- they are Redskins fans!

I called locksmith Arlingot va. He said 250$ for my ford transit connect remote key. After he done with separete key and remote asking 350$ cause it wasntthat easy. It wassep26 2018

Our deadbolt broke and I called AA. The technician, Will, arrived at the early end of the projected time window and was courteous and efficient. I will call them again.

Quick response, reasonable price, and very friendly service for reprogramming my Toyota keyless key. I lost my keys when my car was parked in a timed space and he gave me an accurate ETA and was there ASAP. It only took him about 15-20 minutes to reprogram a new key and get me back on the road before the meter expired. Highly recommend if you need a new key made!

I've been dumb enough to lock myself out of my apartment twice this summer. I wish I had called AA the first time. Tonight they were able to get someone to me in under 40 minutes and into my apartment in five. Kafir (spelling?) was very polite, didn't make me feel uncomfortable as a single woman letting a stranger open her apartment door. $150 is a steep price to pay but it's cheaper than Baldinos and worth it when you need to get home!

My son locked himself out in 35° weather in his pajamas. He asked a neighbor who was leaving for work to use her cell phone as his was locked in the condo. He called me in Florida and asked me to find a locksmith in Arlington. I found AA Locksmith on line and called Alan. He was there within 15 minutes and got my son into his unit. That's what I call service.

I locked myself out of my apartment a few months ago on a Sunday afternoon. Alan picked up the phone right away, and arrived within a half hour. He was polite, friendly, professional, and got me into my apartment pretty quickly- I couldn't ask for more! They do take credit cards (via a square ipad system), which is awesome for when you're in a pinch.

Awesome! Second time using this company for a lockout and both times have been superb! I called Alan from the airport (at 10:30AM on a Sunday btw) and he met me at my house within 20 minutes (almost beating me there)! He was genuinely kind and very friendly and was able to open a quite tricky door in no time at all (I think it only took under 2 minutes). They even take Amex - huge bonus there. Hopefully, I've learned my lesson (ha).If not. I'll call these guys again!

Called for a quote. Nice receptionist gave me clear simple quote, which BTW was significantly cheaper than Baldinos and Spencer. I made an appointment to rekey 7 locks. He showed up within the appointment time. Very friendly, polite and professional. He not only rekeyed all 7 locks, he also corrected 2 knobs that were installed upside down so they faced the same direction as the deadbolts and also must have greased or cleaned everything up because all my locks and deadbolts work smoother than before. Definitely would recommend them and use them again! $85 for the service call and $25 per lock.

Quick response to my request for a lock change (which anytime you are buying a property should be the among the first things you do). The guy arrived right on the end of the window given (given that it was a rainy day, I had called the same day and his last job was down 95 I won't hold it against them). 20 minutes later he had all 4 deadbolts changed and I can sleep a lot safer at night. The price was 85 for the call and 25 per lock, which seemed reasonable for the peace of mind it gave me.
