If I could post this review with no stars I would! Horrible customer service. No return calls. They make appointments and don't show up. After waiting 6 days for a return call for emergency service I called them. Why didn't you return the call? No reason why! They gave me a next day appointment with a 4 hour time frame. After that time frame passed, they called to tell me they were on their way.
They never showed up. After 4 hours passed I called them. They could not determine why the technician never showed! Asked for another appointment.all kinds of excuses on why they can't determine when we could possibly get service from how long it takes them to get out on the road in the morning to how far the business might be from us. These people are pathetic. They are in the same small town as we are. Do yourself a favor and find another security provider because if your life depends on their service.
