CSI Patrol Service

While planning for our first-ever fundraising gala, we needed a security guard, which led me to CSI Patrol Service, Inc. Mr. Cook and his team were such a pleasure to work with! The security guard was friendly and respectful during the three hours he worked with us. I would love to work with them again at our next event! Highly recommend!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Worst security company in Long Beach, the guards are highly unprofessional show up late and smoke on the job. Do not hire them for your security the supervisors are not helpful at all and have very bad customer service.

Csi is a terrible company they followed me all throughout the country club Los Cerritos. Now they followed me out Albertsons parking lot. I have security in my Bible and that's not what you do.

CSI recently ran security for a party we threw, and they were terrific to work with. Professional, courteous, and most importantly, kept us safe! Very happy to know they are around and will definitely use them again for a future event!

Sad that I have worked for so many shady companies until finding a real licensed one to work for. I had no idea the owner was the one helping me out when I came in to put an application in. So down to earth and treated everyone in the office with respect. I feel like I am working for a police department it is ran so nice. I was so glad to get a 2nd interview and now being a part of a great family!

As a former employee for this company I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this company. Everybody in that company is family oriented, down to the owner himself. I will tell you this though, if you're not doing your job and handling duties, penalties are great, they dont play when it comes to that. Freddy is the coolest person you can ever meet alongside with Dennis.

Don't park in their parking lot. You're better off parking on the street. If you give your keys to the security in the parking lot, they are not responsible to move your car and leave it where it was parked before. In fact, he just moves your car and parks it elsewhere, very close to the beams enough to scratch it when you leave. Your car should not be trusted on the hands of the security.

Very bad service the girl at the front desk not very professional walk in saw her on cell phone didnt even feel like a welcoming place to walk into. All i saw was unprofessional people like 2 or 3 guards just chatting with the female at the front desk i was going to apply but after what i witness for my own self i rather not. I was recommended by one good guard that i see all the time working. He told me alot of good things about the company he was very friendly professional and polite with the people around him. I just dont remember his name

All I can say is these guys were great. Extremely professional and taught me a lot of things about home security I didn't know. Installation went through without a hiccup. The surveillance equipment they installed looks extremely clean too. I was looking at one of my neighbors camera systems on the outside of their house and you could tell that whoever installed it didn't have the experience CSI did.

I have use CSI Patrol Services for my properties for the past 5 years. They have always been on time and have done an amazing job. I will use this company exclusively. The owner is always available and has always been up front and honest. Hard to believe what this Ed person is saying. My experience has always been positive.

Poor customer service. We hired this group and they failed miserably during their contractual obligations. They were often late, observed sleeping on duty and failed to meet their obligations in their contract. Buyer beware. They are very dishonest in their communications.

Heavy handed treatment by the CSI individual who continued to harass me, even after the fact I followed his directions carefully, and park my vehicle, as he demanded. I sensed something was wrong with this guy, as he chooses to target me, who just happen to park incorrectly. After I had already moved my vehicle, I felt a strange foreboding; then noticing his firearm, I then sensed this was a man under pressure, who can possibly use poor judgment, and not react to a situation properly. Afterward, I contacted LAPD, and also the supervisor of CSI. LAPD is very easy to get along with and took down the information I supplied.

On the other hand, CSI office began claiming I was the problem; they were not interested in any objective information, or how they could have improved their response; afterall we are just talking parking enforcement. Instead, this company became extremely defensive; likely they have heard such a complaint before. My advise is to be very careful with individuals carrying a weapon, who may not be civil enough to determine the circumstances and environment; and then act appropriately-scary guys!
