I can't rave enough about Platt Investigations and specifically John Parker. We had the unfortunate circumstance of being falsely accused of a felony. Since we are not criminals, we had no clue how to address the situation. We started out with a lawyer that had no clue - and we "upgraded" to a lawyer we felt had more experience and reputation. They engaged with Platt Investigations to help with the case. John Parker not only made us truly understand each step but also gave extremely useful advise and tips on how to move forward.
Without John, there would have been many more tear filled days and nights. He made us feel comfortable, and that we were in good hands. He also summarized his findings in a very straight forward report which was exactly what our lawyer needed. Thank God our case was dismissed, and thank God for John Parker for what a great job he does both on the investigative side and his people skills. If you need an investigator - I would highly suggest to put your trust in Platt and John Parker.
