Not sure if they made it through the pandemic since no one seems to care. I've looked at their website/social media and last activity was November 2019. Each time you call their number, receptionist doesn't sound enthusiastic and always sent you to someone's voice-mail that never gets answered. I've had an issue in our facility with our network since August 2021.
They came out 4 weeks later to determine a damaged fiber line. They didn't get to repairing until second week of November 2021 and now it's Thanksgiving week yet the job is not completed with no idea when since no one seems to even care to update. I know it's been tough since pandemic and I've been very patient but it may be time to look elsewhere that cares at least to say "hello and sorry." Only reason I keep trying is because they seem to have a relationship with the management here but I'm the new guy and I'm ready to turn the over the business elsewhere.
