I won't be posting any pictures for obvious reasons but I do want to share my experience. Every step of the way, from communication, payment, scheduling, delivery, and install, I was impressed with Rolland Solutions customer service and professional demeanor. The entire process is streamlined and I am 100% satisfied with the end result. I don't think I will need their services in the future, as they have satisfied my needs for the foreseeable future, but I would highly recommend Rolland Solutions to anyone that is serious about securing their valuables.

Worst experience of my life. We had everything scheduled for an appointment date and even had the confirmation to prove the date. Sure enough, the day comes where Rolland has to come and they never show up. They are no where to be found. No call back or anything. I couldn't get a hold of them for at least three days.

I am having a hard time changing the combination on the safe. This is the third safe I bought from Roland safe. I have called the hotline 4 times and no one has called me back. This is supposed to be a 24/7 managed hotline. I also called the company during regular business hours today. I was put on hold for 15 minutes. Before being put on hold, I told the operator that in case the wait is too long I will drop the call, but I am expecting a call back.
She agreed and told me that I would get a call back. That was earlier in the day today around 12 pm. I am still waiting for a call back. If the customer service is so poor, I don't think it is worth buying a safe from this company.
