Brooklyns Best Locksmith & Hardware

I recently had the misfortune of having my only fob car key break while I was doubled parked outside a pharmacy. This was obviously an undesirable situation. I've been putting off getting a duplicate car key in case I lost my only key. The key handle separated from stem. I was able to insert the key but I was unable to turn it enough for the car to start.

I initially did not realize that the transponder chip has fallen out. I called the "best" locksmith I knew which was Brooklyn's Best Locksmith at 4801 Av N. They did not disappoint me. One of the locksmiths came out to my location about 10 mins away from the shop. The locksmith was able to not only find the chip, but was also able to get the key turned enough to start the car.

I drove back to the shop where I was able to have 2 new fob keys made. I was delighted at the service provided by Brooklyn's Best Locksmith but was even more appreciative when I found out that I just caught them as they were locking up for the evening. I was impressed. On their way out the door after a busy work day, they not only remained open to come out to assist me & kept the shop open to cut & programmed 2 car keys.

Who does that. When it's quitting time most people are out the door, won't answer the phone & tell you the time that they're open the next day. I'd say that Brooklyn's Brest Locksmith stayed open for perhaps an hr in order to assist a customer in need. That tells you all you need to know about their professionalism & willingness to help a customer in need.

I can also vouch for the quality of their workmanship as I've utilized their services for more than 10 hrs. They were previously located on Flatbush Av nr Kings Highway. This is also a hardware store so you don't have to wait til you need to duplicate keys. You'll find most if not all of your hardware needs. You can expect courteous treatment. This comes from a satisfied & grateful customer.

Met Les at the KeyFood Parking lot right near the new Shipping store. My battery died and he saw me struggling. He was awesome. Had cables and bunch of tips to make sure this doesn't happen again. Free of charge and even let me hormonal go cables in case I was in a jam again. Truly the Best!

Great service and affordable. I forgot my keys in the car and was locked out. I forgot to ask what the guys name was but he was very kind and so fast. Very fast service too. I made the call and he came 15 mins later which is perfect if you're running late. Quick service and I definitely recommend Brooklyn's best locksmith.

I had to get a bulb & instead of going to Lowes or Home-Depot I Tried the lock smith for a bulb for my oven & now here is my story I walk in to the store the day before Christmas eve & the owner behind the counter tells his worker to help me find the bulb so we go to the isle & after 10 minutes he says to me we don't carry it as you can see with a smirk & his buddy walks in gives him a hug & off he goes outside & I keep looking & finally gave up & said to the guy behind the counter you don't have that lamp & thanks any way the moral of the story there if I could give a 0 I would for that day I returned a day later to get 2 keys cut & a shovel & I probably spent 35.00 they don't care any more about small people

Lost my car key. Met a guy named Leslie, he was totally awesome!, my car wasn't starting either, he jumped started it for me, got my key programmed, and he was so nice and respectful, with a great sense of humor, and super positive. Totally recommend BB, and especially LES!

They make car keys; no wait, no fuss. They reprogrammed new key, invalidated key I had lost and can reprogram that key if I find it. Also sell car remotes. Many other supplies: drills, polishers, paints, N95's and regular masks, Lysol, etc. Extremely kind, efficient, courteous. Will shop there for many items. Sooo much better than car dealer/ box chain stores. Easy and helpful.

This evening 7/15/21 my wife and I returned home from a trip seeing our daughter. Upon arriving home, with suitcases in hand, we could not get our top lock to open. We had all of our locks installed years ago by Brooklyn's Best Locksmith so we gave them a call at around 8:30pm. We were so impressed that within 15 minutes Les the Locksmith showed up.

We were then blown away how professional Les was and how he took a stressful situation and was able to calm us down. Les told us that he would get us in and explained everything in great detail and then went to work. Les had the door opened within 5 minutes. Les was incredible and truly knew his craft. Nothing short of amazing. We don't know how he got the door to open but whatever he did Les has a true talent. We are so grateful to Les and Brooklyn's Best Locksmith. Incredible and amazing. I purchased 6 cans of Lysol disinfected spray. This product is hard to come by but they always have it. The cost is $9.99 a can. The price is a little high compared to Lowe's price of $6.98 but every time I go to Lowe's it's always out of stock. Good luck. If you are reading this post maybe you can find it at a cheaper price.
