Installation was done in a timely manner, clean install no trash left around. Had a small problem in the beginning and they handled it right away. Price and monitoring is very good too.

Had many issues with our security system that required multiple visits and different equipments. American Alarm did come through and fixed all issues. It did take some time but it was done and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need.

Needed help with low battery on my alarm. Eric fixed the battery problem and checked out my whole system. I very much appreciate his help and new signs and stickers. I have been with American Alatm for over 20 years and have every intention of staying with them another 20 years. Thanks Eric

I have been a customer of American Alarm Systems since 2001. We have a a system with over 25 sensors. Over the Past 20 years they have been able to keep my up and system running. It's Service Department is top notch and retains its employees. The Tech person who took over the system in 2001 is the same person, who I requested, that diagnosed and fixed a sensor today. I highly recommend them for all home alarm systems and monitoring.

First of all I would like to shout out for Alissa, your sales rep. She is knowledgeable, friendly and flexible. Service techs were efficient, competent and friendly. I gave a 9 because it's too early for a 10. I am still new at this, just got the system, but have complete confidence that AAS will prove a good investment--especially in these crazy time.
