HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND We had a central vac installed at our last house, within 10 minutes knew that it was one of the top 3 investments for our home. So of course we had one installed in our new home, and will continue to have them installed in any future homes. Absolutely a must have. And the service with John and Dimitri are second to none. They go to every length to make sure you as a costumer are completely taken care of. Absolutely wonderful people with a wonderful service/product.

I reached out to SCS about an issue I was having with my surround sound. Dustin quickly responded and offered solutions over the phone however I was unable to fix on my own. I spoke with Bobby a service tech and he scheduled an appointment the very next morning. Bobby showed up 10 minutes early to my delight. Bobby had researched my system and got me up and running in no time. The sound is fantastic, way better than I have had in 3 years since I acquired this home. I highly recommend this company.

We have been doing business with Central Home Systems since we built our house, 20+ years ago! Some of the things they've installed are our central vac, intercom system, security system, and most recently our security cameras. We are always so pleased with their services! They are quick to respond if anything goes wrong, which has been rare, and their technicians are so polite and easy to work with.even with my lack of technology skills! Highly recommend CHS!

CHS came out to my home and installed the central vacuum system. They are absolutely most professional guys and know exactly what they are doing. We're on time, work diligently and had it installed in about five hours. I have always had wonderful experiences with CHS, very informative, friendly, professionalism at its finest. If you don't have central vacuum, you are missing out of one of the best home cleaning systems to make your life easier.

Big shout out to Evan, Dmitiri, and the team at CHS. They wired my home for speakers and Alexa compatibility. The job was completed in less than a day, speaker system is fantastic, and they cleaned up so well that you could not even tell they were there. More importantly, Evan took extra time providing me a tutorial on the complete functionality of the system. Great people and tremendous service!

CHS did an Outdoor TV set up for me. I am amazed at how good of a job they did. This was not an easy job, their foreman designed the plan for me and the technicians executed the plan perfectly. The technicians were extremely professional and after they finished you could not even tell they had been here except for the amazing TV set up I now have outside.

Long time customer. Really love this company and family. Here's just another reason why. One of my Central Vac outlets was not working. So, I called - it was decided I needed a new outlet. Went to the store - got the new outlet and then decided it might be better for them to install it. They came out and replaced the outlet but it didn't work. The technician immediately went to the circuit box.
For some reason the power was off to that particular outlet. So, as it turned out - I didn't need a new outlet but we had to destroy the old one to get it out and make room for the new one. Long story short - the bill was normally $82 to come to the house and put on the new outlet. When I explained what happen the owner, she offered not to charge me anything.
I didn't feel right about that so, we settled on $30. Central Home Systems is a stand up company. They have proved it every time I've done business with them but especially with this issue. I would totally understood if they had to charge the full amount (They did send a technician out and he did do his job) but they understood that I didn't need a new outlet.
She did not want to charge me anything - I made her charge me $30. It's refreshing to do business with a company that truly understands customer service and what that really means!

I had a central vac system installed today, from start to finish this company was awesome. The installation team was amazing, the most professional installers Ive ever had in my home. The sales team was informative, knowledgeable, and not pushy. From the beginning I was told of the advantages and disadvantages of all the models offered, and the team has been there to answer any and all questions with great expedience and knowledge. If youre going to have a central vac system installed, call John and Evan, let them get you fixed up. Best thing Ive done for my home yet
