After working together at Networks, Inc., Matt Lackrone and Casey Mustion founded NetWatch, Inc. in 2005 in Springfield, Missouri as an IP video surveillance venture. Matt worked in the business, while Casey continued with NetWorks, Inc. The demand for the new venture quickly grew, prompting them to take on the business together.
Each of our team members have been carefully selected and bring valuable years of experience in LIFE SAFETY, SECURITY, and CONNECTIVITY solutions. We are focused on creating a team-oriented environment, where our team members continue to learn and grow with the company. We believe that together we can figure out anything.
IP video surveillance is where it all started for our company. We partner with industry leading manufacturers to provide our customers with high quality solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers. We install and support surveillance systems ranging from residential to enterprise-level mission-critical solutions.
As an Owner's representative, we work closely with the developers, engineers, architects, and end users to ensure a successful and fully coordinated design and deployment of the low-voltage system for the projects. These systems include Telecommunications, Wireless Access, Access Control, Surveillance, Audio/Video, Nurse Call, and Patient Monitoring.

I requested a quote for my business and was told I would have it by a certain date. When that date passed I was told I'd have it the next day. That deadline also also passed. When VP of Sales Casey Mustion finally contacted me, he informed me he was working on other projects "which are consuming all of our resources" so he had to "bow out" of being able supply me a quote.
With that in mind I am taking my business elsewhere to Atlas in Springfield as they were able to deliver a quote on time within the exact time frame Netwatch had and promised. A company should not promise one thing and then deliver sub-par customer service. or in my case none at all. Unfortunately the reply from Netwatch is not true. We never discussed any budget or constraints.
All my company wanted was a quote. They failed to meet 2 different promised deadlines for their quote. I assure you that they did not originally have any qualms about providing a quote for a possible cannabis business. Netwatch simply failed to meet their own imposed deadlines.
