Our business hours are Monday- Friday 7:30 am to 5 pm. Service calls received after hours will be returned the following business day. Emergency service calls are available after hours at a premium if received by 2 PM Monday through Saturday*. Clients with an active "Extended Warranty & Service Agreement" will have priority response and extended service access.

I can't speak about this company concerning their service, but I will write them as non-compassionate humans. My car engine began to fail and I turned in to the first parking lot available so that I would not create a hazard on Merriman Road that would put myself or other drivers in danger. The parking lot of this company was totally empty, but I guess the owners were getting ready to leave for the day.
I literally just parked in the parking lot and was on the phone trying to reach AAA. The owners Basically told me that I could not park there and had to move my car. I tried to explain to her that my engine had failed, I was on the phone trying to get roadside assistance and the car was almost non drivable. She did not care, she told me that I could not being there parking lot and I had to move my car.
So I had to hang up with AAA because she would not even allow me to finish my conversation to get help or roadside assistance. I tried once again to explain to her that I was calling a tow truck and she again told me that I had to leave. So I risked more damage to my engine try my best to move my car to the next parking lot. My car almost cut out again in the middle of Merriman Road.
I guess being a woman alone with car trouble clearly in distress with roadside assistance on speaker was negated by the fact that I was African-American and clearly they felt I was pulling a ruse and trying to rob the place. Never mind the fact that I also had my scrubs and my doctor's coat. I was unworthy to wait for help in their parking lot. I don't know what I would've done if I would not have been able to move the car at all. They probably would've called the police.

My experience with ASC has been nothing short of terrific. I did two large tv installs with them from essentially ground zero to perfect. They kept me involved every step of the way and ensured i had pros and cons for either and all routes we decided to take. Gus and Gerry work hard and do everything they can to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are unsure which route to take when doing a larger TV installations, give it to ASC they will see it done to perfection. Thanks guys.

These people are crazy and micro manage their staff at an extreme level. Everything they say to the staff is incredibly disrespectful and they treated me like is was 6 year old. They give the staff iPhones and use them as audio recording devices to hear everything that happens in private even while off the clock at home. Gus the owner doesn't trust any of his employees and made me install microphones in all the rooms in the office including the bathrooms.
