Awesome service from prewire to install! Evan listened to my thoughts and input in regards to making my home smart! I even gave them an idea in regards to the Eufy Dual Doorbell Camera that came out in February and I'm the first customer of theirs to get and have installed, I also find it as a phenomenal doorbell camera. The whole crew was awesome, professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and just great to work with.

They are very affordable and didn't charge me any extra for the couple of upgrades I threw at them near last minute, nor did they try to sell me anything that I didn't want! I would definitely recommend! Thanks Evan, Bill, and the rest of the guys!

We've been a customer for about 6 months now and can recommend the company to anyone. They were very thorough in the install and setup process. They've always been quite responsive whenever an issue has come up, even if the issue is not with their product (but rather a manufacturer issue).

I have been a customer of Concealed Security since 1976. During the time I have been doing business with the individuals, owner & Employees, I have found everyone to be very professional & knowledgeable about the products that they sell. I never got the impression that a product was being offered, just to make a sell. Concealed Security always addressed problems in a prompt manner and corrected any problems that may exist with a system.

I also found that their prices & length of a contract was very reasonable. I have referred Concealed Security to others and they have been very satisfied. Highly Recommend this company.

Honest negative reviews have been disappearing. Please read this review in its entirety before using this company. It just gets worse the more you have to deal with them. A brief summary: this company installed, set up and monitored a home monitoring system in our home. The system faulted while we were away sending a medical alert which went to the fire department forcing them to break down the door to gain entry to the home to make sure there was no actual emergency.

The business responded by blaming us and the fire department. They could not tell us why this happened or give any assurances it wouldn't happen again. They told us to find out why the system they set up sent out a random alert, they would need to send someone to evaluate the system which we would be billed for. We consulted with other security systems companies who were shocked by their response.

We called first thing Friday morning to have our service terminated, we spoke with the receptionist who told us someone would be back in touch with us. No one contacted us back and over the weekend the system faulted again this time sending a panic and medical alert, thankfully we were home when the police came. We did not receive a response from the company until monday, telling us we needed to email to have our service turned off.

After leaving a negative review online we received an angry phone call and then somehow our previous online review disappeared. Who knows how many other reviews from other customers have been removed. I n summary this company has an unacceptable response time - nearly every time we have tried to get a hold of them they have been unresponsive with delays of days.

They are unprofessional to deal with on the phone. It seems that negative reviews are somehow being removed They do not stand behind their products There was a response from the business that my other review was not removed. I nor my friends see it anymore. If there is another review from Zach that shows on this page describing this same scenario then it is our error. If not then make your own judgement.

Installers left my rear camera not working for months now. Say "they'll be back to fix", but have yet to return; else give me a heads up as to why they cannot return. Other than that, the remote service is fine.
