This company made national news in 2018 when their security guard at a gated community denied entry to Musician/Actor Clifford T.I. Harris at Eagle Landing Country Club. How you deny entry to a resident and then call the police when the man got upset.the whole incident is on youtube

Worst company to work for. They don't take things serious and the managers are very toxic

While only working here for a month a supervisor is already harassing. They do not know how to speak to people and think it's ok because they are in charge it's ok to approach people any kind of way. Also I have almost gotten stuck on a elevator. This not acceptable and I don't recommend anyone working for this company at all its not worth it.

Had a interview recently. I was told my resume and experience was amazing but I couldn't get the job unless I cut my dreads. I was willing to cover tattoos during summer, get rid of piercings in ear everything, but getting rid of my none colored dreads was a NO GO!

Secure America provides security services for the Peachtree center Mall and it's good court. Normally I have a pretty good and pleasant experience with the staff I have encountered in the passed being that I work in the hotel that's attached to the food court. However, today officer Wright, a captain of security team was the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever encountered.

After a 16 hour work day I decided to have lunch in the food court and catch up on a Netflix episode before I return back to work for another 7 hours. Very briefly after my lunch and dessert I accidentally dosed off for only about 5 min, and I know because of the time that passed on my show, officer Wright rudely approached me and yells, "sir you are sleeping and you need to leave the premises!

Get up and go! " I was floored at this behavior but nevertheless I gathered my things and started for the office officer Wright then continued with various statements that made me feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, and that was chastising. I explained to him I had a long night and I work next door, he said he didn't care and to leave before he calls the cops on me.

I knew then he didn't have the where with all to be amongst such respected people if he can't tell the difference from an overworked employee and someone camping out and how to go about each respectfully. Captain Wright needs to go through customer service train because I have never felt as violated as I did and this is not his first complain, if this company wants 5o hold on to it's good reputation, officer Wright is the wrong pick.

The company NEED to do better in honoring those with experience. They don't pay enough.! The economy is more than your pay check! If the they move you from a site your pay decrease. They are about satisfying the clients who they have contracts with. Not so much there for their officers. Hopefully you get on an site where they give Raises and PTO that is the only way your going to make your MONEY in security field.

Even site supervisors don't get paid that much at certain sites. I would ONLY recommend this place to an 18 year old which is what the starting age is. But would not RECOMMEND this to a VETERAN or a person with EXPERIENCE unless you just want something to kill time. IF YOU WANT A PLACE TO HONOR YOUR EXPERIENCE NOT THIS COMPANY. IT WONT HAPPEN. GET A IN HOUSE JOB NOT contract.

This is a good company with bad leadership. The guy that interview you is very ignorant, the operation manager is lazy and the immediate supervisor is a butt whole. I played them a few days ago as if I wanted to come back to work for them. I had a friend call to ask for me but the operation manager sailed know. I wouldn't go back there if my life depended on it. I don't want know job that bad. Plus they were intimidated by all the degrees I have. Thanks but no thanks. Lo lo

I am a site supervisor for this company and I have to say it is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. My operations manager is by far the best boss I have had. as far as the wages you have to start somewhere and earn your money and every site is not the same. each site has its own contract and your paid accordingly.
