DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It is almost impossible to verify return of equipment. If you call and ask for sales you get right through. If you call to terminate and return equipment you are on hold forever. You have the option for a callback. Still waiting on that. You might have to contact your credit card company to make sure charges stop.

Ordered the product in March 2019 for my Dad but he never made it out of the hospital. I called back within 30 days to cancel and send back and was told service would be canceled and a return receipt was being emailed and mailed. Neither one ever made it. I tried relentlessly to contact them and return the product or at least get an address to send it back to and could never get in touch with anyone.
They billed me for another 3 months of service in June and I called and refused to get off the phone with the rep until they emailed me a shipping label. I mailed it to them and they received it within days, on June 28th to be exact. I had to call them on July 1 to prompt them to process the return and refund my money (pathetic) and was told I would receive a refund within a few days. Friday, July 8th I called back and was told "we have 10 days to process your refund and the 10 days is up on Monday".
I demanded to speak to a supervisor, that was a joke, she's just as lazy and worthless as every other rep who lied. It's now July 16th and still no refund and they've had the product back, unopened and in the original packaging since June 28th. They operate under the name MedicalAlert as well and that company has 5 star reviews all over the internet but clearly they are a scam. Me. Nicole works for both companies I see.

BUYER BEWARE! This company appears to be accommodating when you are buying their service but just wait when you have to cancel the service. They delay the transaction in order to continue billing you and go out of their way to be rude and unhelpful. Obviously this company is not concerned about word of mouth, just read the other reviews!

My mother had this service. Upon her death I notified the company and requested cancellation of service. The machine was placed in storage by the movers and I just found it. They charged my mothers credit card after she passsd, but before the card could be canceled. I found the machine and called to Inform the company I would be returning it. I was notified that my mother owed additional monies $369 since the machine had not been returned.
Most insensitive and ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Not only am I still grieving my mother's death, but now I have to pay for something that has not been connected since her death. These people are just looking for a way to get money from a deceased person. They do not care about the individual. Worst customer service and policies I have ever heard. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! COMPLETE SCAM!

My grandmother ordered the equipment. She was enticed by the "free consulation." When she called, they asked for her information to ship the equipment. She asked when she would have the free consultation, to which the representative responded, "This is it." We read the contract. They can raise the price, no more than 10%, when they see fit. Their system is dependent on the phone line and on external power. So, if you have a bad storm, good luck.
When I called to cancel, they asked why, of course. I shared the concerns that I had about the details in the contract. The representative said, "Oh that's not the case. Don't worry about that." What are you going to believe, the over the phone representative, or the contract in black and white that you have to sign?

Ordered equipment and my parents refused to use it so we asked to return equipment. Was told no problem and we would receive a full refund. Several calls later keep getting told yes refund is in process. 3 months later still nothing and more empty promises. They are quick to take your money but when they owe you a refund it will never appear. I guess my only recourse now is litigation in small claims court.
