I am the property manager for a luxury condominium. Do not hire this company. Their guards continually call out for their scheduled shifts. The quality of the guards is very poor. Cross-training does not exist with this company, so when a regular guard does call-out, which is common, they rarely have someone to come to the site to cover. This is a huge liability and puts the safety and security of the residents, staff and entire building at risk. Calls and emails to upper management are consistently ignored. Shameful.

Do not work for them as a branch coordinator, they are extremely prejudice, racist & bias, they also have audio and camera recording your every move and words, Danielle who was training me had a conversation with me about race she didn't like my response and told Nicole another Caucasian counterpart that I the black girl was aggressive I was removed from the training schedule while Danielle who was white was allowed to stay, Nicole & Danielle should be terminated for their discriminatory behavior

One of the worst and unprofessional security company to work for. They cant keep with with their guard. They don't care about what's wrong or right they just care about money and not being sued.

Good company front desk lady very helpful and professional they trained you well if come from a well trained security school it should be easy adapting to orientation have positive high customer service.

Not enough parking, A very RUDE old lady approached me to move my car. Even though the signs did not say restricted parking and I was a patient inside the same building. It said, car would be towed. But I assume I was seeing a Doctor in the same building. The parking in the apartment complex also said car would be towed. So where do you park? I did not gain anything for parking where I parked.

I just wanted to see my doctor. Hopefully my doctor will be moving soon. The only thing the little WITCH should have said, was that I needed to move my car because that was reserved parking. Not threatening me about a tow. And HATING that I had a pretty little car that I won't want it to get damaged (Porsche) by the towing company that was on its way. If this should happen the next, the outcome will be different.

This company is horrible they force you to work double time because they never have enough people to release you to go home. There no breaks for lunch at all especially if you're doing gatehouse.

Cosmo or Cosmos has favoritism and he doesn't know anything about scheduling but, jumping me from post to post to only make 15 hours weekly while his friends or his people who hired right after me have gotten a permanent shift or position. So, I ended up leaving the company with their 15 -20 hours hope he's happy now.

This company does not pay their Sub-Contractors. Worked with them thru their Newark NJ Branch (That is out of business now thx God) and they would never return calls about invoices that never got paid. They would forward me to the FL location sometimes and then FL would forward me back say you need to talk to NJ. Bunch of Thieves at this company. STAY AWAY if your smart.

Good company, they treat you right and train you very well. There are classes that I've taken several times at other places and when I took the same ones with Cambridge I actually learned something new.

This company and their guards deserve 0 stars! I really question why do they even exist in the field of security if that is the least they do for people. This company is hired in the complex that I reside in. We pay a really high HOA to have "security officers" to be "safe" but those are the least of their concerns. Cambridge security needs to be on top of their employees and the customer service they provide to the residents that provide the budget for them to have a JOB!

The incident happened at the gym in my complex where one of their employees screamed at me and harassed me out of the premises because he wanted to leave home early. Thank the lord my wife is familiar with the CEO of the company and we already called to make a complaint out of an outrageous encounter and unacceptable behavior of one of their security guards.

Most likely nothing will happen to him and my hopes are not up. However unless they want to lose another contract something needs to happen and the guard has to have consequences for his actions.

If I can give zero stars I would, Higher up management dont know what they are doing and on top of that, they talk and handle the guards any type of way. Jealousy and favortism is so real at this place of business its in the atmosphere. I think the owners of this company need to revamp their whole management staff and really look into their messy ways and situations, if not this company will continue to fail and received rating like this.

Do not ever ever deal with this company! Management is beyond unprofessional, and their security guards do not care about the security of residential properties. An incident occurred, and I called the company direct to see how they would handle the situation. Not even an apology and took no accountability for their staff. They had one job and failed miserably. If there was a way for me to chose 0 stars I would! Stay away!

Great company I had to resign due to my other job. But they worked around my schedule. Great staff. Didn't have to pay for my uniform like any other company. It has a family environment not a corporate environment. Definitely if you're willing to put in the work they'll give the hour especially overtime. Meet the director and head operational manager they were very welcoming in the company and was nice to show me around and explain everything to me. And if you're looking to move up and grow in a company you should definitely apply with them.
