Mr. Hector was very patient with me and I appreciate that because I am not very good at Electronics but he took the time to explain the system walked me through the details. He did not have a problem with my questions and didn't leave until I was comfortable. He made it very easy.

Jack was very knowledgeable and professional he walked us through the process with ease. Very nice guy.

Very professional, showed me how all of the devices worked and how to set up the application on my phone! He had a couple of helpers to expedite the process and was in and out within about an hour or so.

These people are scam artist they told me if I switched they would pay out my contract and I never received the money and they kept saying they couldn't find my paper work and after months they told me too much time had past and they couldn't issue me my refund and that one of their representatives told me I guess this is just a lesson I can learn. from and then he hung up in my face when I said excuse me what lesson is that you guys lied to me and now I have to pay for the rest of my contract from switching to you all. Please run and lock your doors and don't use or trust this company.

Sales person lied about their security and internet package. Tried to have someone call me about this matter to get it fixed but I only get voice-mails and no call backs. This company is a scam and no one should buy from them.

Had them come to my new home on Saturday 9/25/2021. They installed one camera in the wrong location. The other two cameras were not mounted in the correct location. All three cameras have the wiring exposed to. the elements and potential risk of getting cut, the alarm panel was not in the location I requested. The installer damage a new screen on our home.

The power for the camera to the garage is in the wrong location where I was told it would be. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I've called for two days and I'm not getting any response back from them. Horrible company.

Safe streets installed a system for my daughter even though her cell and internet signals did not support the system. She called to cancel within the 3 day cancellation period and they refused to honor her request. She ended up having to pay them $1600 to get out of the contract. According to the installation tech, the system should never have been installed because her internet and cell service were so weak. DO NOT do business with these people. You will regret it.

Equipment doesn't work, adt refused to send someone out, and now my husbands truck was vandalized and we find out that the video cameras HAVENT BEEN RECORDING the entire year we've had the service. They offered us $120 refund for the video portion of our bill but say they can't drop the contract that only Safe Streets can do that. Safe streets also refuse to drop the contract unless we pay the balance of the remaining contract time for a service that never worked properly. DO NOT use this company.

Have been trying to have equipment moved. Have been transferred and disconnected numerous times. Still unable to get through to anyone who can help. Totally unacceptable. Now I am in a house with no ADT and yet I am paying for service. Unbelievable.

Purchased a home with an ADT hardwired system. Called ADT to add cameras and get the system back on. Safe street won't allow adt access into my system so that I can have it working properly. They have "locked" adt out giving me a quote and out of my system. I have had no contract with safe streets and they do not own the equipment. I own my home and the equipment in it, which is original hard wired adt equipment. Contacting the BBB and county exec tomorrow.

Stay away from them. They will not save you money. In fact, they will sell you more products than you need and charge you far more than you should spend. Dishonest dealings. I found out a week or so after I left my initial review that Safe Streets did not install all the door sensors they promised to install through their contract. ADT had to come. out and correct their mistake after I got nowhere with a Safe Streets phone support tech who lectured me about their excellent 5-star ratings. Steer clear of safe streets as they are not safe for business.

Worst company to deal with. The people are ok, but trained to be as such. Their contract gives me them any "out" you can imagine, but when it comes to a customer needing an "out", including moving to a place they literally don't have service, the answer is "well you signed a contract". If the provider can break a contract, so can the customer. Anywho, there's a lot more, but this is the jist of it. It's a terrible company.
