I purchased a $15k system from this company and have been disrespected on several occasions. I haven't been treated like a patron of 8 years. The owner Gary is condescending, arrogant and doesn't appreciate long time customers. I asked for a receipt for my payments and I'm asked to call. I can't receive a receipt over the phone so what do we need to discuss. I don't like businesses that don't deliver great customer service and treat their customers as if they hold the key to you moving forward in your business.

I have been nothing but PLEASED with RPG. I loved the fact that they are local and hands on. The company staff is very personal with the customers. The owners are wonderful to do business with and not a stranger to their customers. This company keep up with the market and has alot to offer.
